AvSM, I did say in my previous post that I didn't (unfortunately) keep the screeshots from the conversations between MorningStar and I.
If you say DsF are a friendly clan, then maybe he was mistaken, or he was blaming the wrong person. I will have to talk to him again to make sure that he wasn't mistaken. And I will take screenshots.
As it stands though, I think no action should be taken against DsF until proven that one or more members did threaten the noobs. I will try to investigate into this matter by interrogating random newcomers.

Perhaps the server rules could be clarified a bit more for those entering CF for the first time. Things like what makes a person low level, what each clan represents and how they may act, further expansion on specific no-no's (actions), ect.
I laugh my butt off now when I first thought that "LP" stood for Liberty Police! However, I'm sure that many a noob reading the server rules failed to pick up all the facets of Crossfire. The server is great, most of the players are doing some type of RP (some better than others), but I'm running into a few real idiots....oh, wait a minute, that's like real life,isn't it?
How about making a sticky thread or link to a noob crossfire area where a person can go to directly and get most of his questions answered before they step on (or get stepped on) people's toes? Sure, the answers are out in the multiple threads already posted (or at least most of them), but an already posted thread could save a lot of grief and anger down the road. I would love an area where I could go to that explains all the info that the regulars have gained over the years.

I was playing yesterday and not mentioning names was taxed by another player. I have no prob with this as its part of the game. what I have a prob with is the pirate sees that your fighting NPC guys and before you have a chance to say one sec or really breath starts to count down and blasts you out of space. I didn't try to run as I wanted to let them know what I had. LOL a mear 160 credits. However I didn't have a chance. As I said Taxing\Pirating is part of the game and I don't mind having it but to type and fight NPCs at the same time some of us just can't do.
Just wanted to express my only issue.

that means the pirate that taxed you actually is not a real pirate...this will be some noob 
happened a lot to me too .. untill I became more familiar with the game and now I am rarely taxed as the pirate has as much of a change of dying than I have.
Just make a note in your little RED book and sort this out when you have a better ship or mates around to help

Honor seems to be something some "pirates" have never heard anything from. 
usually, pirates spotting a victim, checking the circumstances (other pilots around, cops, mercs (which could be hired by law enforcement), npc's, atmospheres of planets, ION canons ect.)
then he is going to make a decission within a million of a second to get the cash out of your walled into his own pockets.
most pirates wait till you respond (either by weapon usage, or by typing)
Some of the pirates can also recognize that you might be involved in some npc-discussion and trying to state your point of view by using your weaponry 
in such cases, nice pirates will either go ahead and seek other victims, or patiently wait for your wallet to become free for scratching out of the last credit.

Unles you wear police license, pirate need you ask first about tax which depend about your character level. Please check server rules. Hovever is possible that you meet some 'noob' as Cro said. You have now next options:
1) ask him politely and point him to re-read rules (best for all if this work)
2) ask for help any police licensed chars (BG, UR, Cop, CCCP, Cpc and other)
3) hire merc to take care about this pirate
4) ask GR (rules guardians)
... Are also others, but as basic this can help you I hope.

If this comment is about BLK_OPS Cro then u are off basic. we are a smuggling clan so we don't tax but we do expect pirates to tax us:) Please read our server rules they have been updated
