It has come to the attention of the CFPD that Black Market goods have been seen in an abundance in the Sol system. As the means of smuggling these black market goods is through the dublin system into Hyperion there will soon be a blockade in place to deal with illegaly transported goods. I am sure this will open the market for hired blockade runners or escorts. CFPD welcomes the challenge.
If you are scanned with BMG you will be told to drop your cargo. If you refuse this you will be fired upon. Further non-compliance will result in the destruction of the transport vessel.
Hired escorts/blockade runners: Should the cargo vessel not comply with the order to drop the illegal cargo and you attempt to defend them, you will be fired upon.
If you see CFPD in the Dublin system, assume that the blockade is up and in place.
