    future additions/changes:
    blackmarket goods will have higher prices than on several bases
    1-3 new goods coming from sol (database informations, sol artifacts, ...)




    i know i have said that i will add move than 75 new ships... well after i finished the first 20 ships and had a look at the rest ive seen that 50% of them dont look any good... at least not good enough for CF so i just will drop them
    so i was looking for other sources for ship models... ive got 4 new models from a LR ship creator which offered them to me (but i had no chance to have a look at them yet)
    and i have a new source with about 50-80 ship models which needs to be converted first (again i was not able to check them yet)
    most likely i will need to find the correct plugins and converters first so i cant say how many new ships CF1.6 will have


    from what i see atm it will be something between 50 and 120

    There are antimodding measures on this release?


    Didnt cared much about fl modding but i think there are dll entry points where you have control, so ... a first time hash of the files and if it didnt match ... bye bye.


    dunno if this is possible just on client side


    but it is possible server and clientside using FLCD which compares the hash code of the client with the servertool


    the problem is that ppl with a firewall might have problems
    as far as i know there were problems and FLCD which was praised as the non-plus-ultra-tool is not used very often anymore.



    but yes im upto the possibility to have something that will check FL at every start and compares hash codes client side
    that would stop cheaters once and forever
    so if some1 has an idea how to realize this... ill listen

    Uhmm, the names of things arent given by a function on a dll?
    For the "standard" part, i (as many others) can provide a source code based on the md5 standard source.


    Oh, ok i will look on the modding forums on lancers and study it a bit this weekend, so i can speak with more real knowledge of what to check, and where it can be "inserted".
