I'm Gabriel. Wach the damn date when i registered here and tell me how i got so

important. First is was freelancer{like everyone]. After i was CTO. Then again Freelancer.

Then Dragon recruited me to DC. Been there some time and the i quit becouse i was quiting

Freelancer and going somwhere else. Recosidered and come back and found that i was

considered a spy around. I wanted to join a clan where i can fight against BG . So i joined

R39. It is true that they contacted me earlier before i leave DC but i refused them. Now

you wanna know the colour of my underwhear? And when the atack was in custodian i wasn't

yet a R39 so it wasn't a fake char. And don't tell me about fake chars. I gues you are

proud of Secret_bad_side, aren't you? And i think AlphaGirl was the same guy. And maybe

Trowa and maybe others BG leave becouse they are sick of you and your whey of leading the

clan. And first time i heard of Don_Zardeone was at that thread with SUCK.

in recent events ive been asked to step down as clan leader of the clan in which i created

and just to tell everyone that if i step down the clan will surely die for the fact that i

created it and ill make dame sure that it does so for those of you who know what im talking

1. Whatever is going on DC or not is not the R-39 problem they arnt doing anything bad

to DC imo (the only guy they recruited was already quit from DC) and last i heard Trowa was

trying his best to keep the DC clan together and strong... i know this cause we had a

personal disagreement about how to best go about that, my position being that i must remain

neutral in those things. I dont g-a-f what tales op tells about personal conversations

he-said-this-about-u, we arnt a bunch of women gossiping about the neighbors here.

To call chars "fake" assumes they are trying to hide... no one was trying to hide they just

used untagged chars. And in that ill-fated battle there were no untagged R39, Gabriel was

acting as a freelancer hadnt joined R39 at that point. Untagged chars were tolerated here

for many months no one thought there was a problem with it, unless ppl read the shit in this

one forum thread last week, they never would have known it was against the rules, which are

vague. If u took a pol of ppl online right now, 70% will still not know that its against

rules to have a non-clan-tagged char if u belong to a clan... it s a rule most servers dont

have.

3. I have been told that definetly No R39 ppl flamed or taunted in that battle

(i wasnt there personally). If some Chaos or DC taunted and / or reloaded then that is

unfortunate and wrong, but A SEPARATE ISSUE than R-39..... Well it is unfortunate that it

was so one-sided i admit theres no gain or honor to fight such a battle imo. But we in csf

got pwned lots of times and we didnt threaten war over it. and attking BG in Cust is not

against serverules as far as i can imagine... against
ASF/CSF battle rules maybe but

that is a separate issue with different sets of punishments (like "you are forbidden to be

in battles for 3 weeks" or something.. not run off the server for chrissakes).

4. To

lie about making a Paypal is absurd, whytf would they..... I suspect the pay was held up

electronically, and prolly showed up today. OP may remember Saturday that i offered to

personally guarantee the 20E to pay if he didnt get the payment. Its just silly to think

anyone would not pay if they said they would. Since they got the Paypal email receipt, they

assumed u got paid (this can be sent to OP, but i dont think its necissary by now). To call

ppl "Liars" over this is just over the top.

5. The R39 have a right to send a letter

to ppl they personally know if they like, again not against any rule. And btw: They sent the

letter to a very select number of ppl. If they dont want to join, they are left alone from

then on. Basicaly it was just an announcement that are here and ready to fight.

the Private Locked Server was planned to be just that...a place to have meetings and

practice, not to hang out very long cause 5 pl on a server is not much fun anyway.

7. R39 wanted to have CF as their base of operations for temporarilly going to other

servers.. not "take over" this server. All of the ppl like it here and would be loyal to CF

it it were attked by another server... Something not every clan here can say yet. To compete

or fight on other servers, yes... Why not that isnt against any rules either.

Soo... Why is OP so upset about this clan and what it represents:

agreed and prolly by now have removed all non-tagged chars, they wish to follow the server

rules.

We / R-39 have:

It is clear whats going on here. Chaos will have to consider this matter carefully, we are

not pleased with the threats and lack of cooperation we are seeing from the admin of this

server, and perhaps we are not a good fit here after all.

I agree with Dragon: if there IS a spy

then speak loud and clear about it, even if it is DC_Wolf. But speculating / talking about /

spreading rumours about a spy in DC isn't helping his cause.

@ nitro thank you for the support and i dont know and really dont care

about it but the post by op i think is wrong for trowa im not sure but the msn i got from

him today says different. if it wasnt for him and wolf helping me the best they can im sure

that DC would have died coz i cant spend as much time on the server as most ppl can. but i

can tell you this for sure that if the shit continues with spies and R-39 and everyone else

that isnt doing something right i will step down become a freelancer again and watch

everything crumble that my clan has helped in building im not sure how this will effect

everything but i dont really care at this moment.

would not post shit about my clan members till you tell me about it. i see this stuff i

second guess my pilots then i get a shotgun blast from them on calling them a liar and i

damn sure dont like it coz it aint fair to them on the bull shit

it is driving my clan crazy coz they cant participate in anything dealing with ASF/CSF

heres some new information... Unlike what we thought earlier the R-39 paypal payment for a

system did not come thru, the email msg they got was a acknoledgement of their joining

paypal not the actual receipt. at this time, they dont know why the payment didnt go thru as

they tried (i knew they did cuase i walked them thru it), it was their first time doing it

and who knows what happened. So op was right in saying he didnt get the payment, but there

was no intent to deceive anyone.

R-39 spokesman has told me this (cause they cant

post themselves) : They are sick of all this crap and are just leaving CF. The Crossfire

wing of R-39 has been disbanded. One or more could show up as freelancers in the future,

dunno atm.
