Sunday evening makes no sense (as the topic was "exact hour of the event"), especially as it doesn't even mention if it's Server time evening or not 
Evening could be even in afternoon, all up to the night. That needs to get a lil more "clear"

Well allright, I remembered you had this issue:
Oooooops..... *coughs* ok guys I think we need to change the time, or maybe even the Date... I think Sunday evening wont be able for me, so I m gonna post it here. Is it possible for you guys Earlier that day? Maybe tell me a good time to host the event... [etc]
So that the time would change for an earlier one, but if you are able to come at that hour, cool
Cus you can't miss your own event, and see how successful it was

why SOL?.. Devron why not?.We want to see (team)players combat skills under heavy situation..right? So let's make the fight much harder ..I think no one is against. I doubt they'll be so many players grouped in teams that event to be successful considering the distance.Adding a touch of reality, excluding the human factor as arbitrator,and having more confidence in those drones as impartial ones,that area would be much more enjoyable as a place of confrontation between ASF/CSF under heavy fire.I like to think that the subject remains open until you start the event.

The drones would kill the Battleships before somebody had time for fighting. Which means, event over O.o

If there is a not so simple event ..considering that there is no so much time ..which teams(chars) fight?.EM(s) .. those who u are .. be more concise and create some SOP(s) to make it more practical not theoretical

About SOPs ... are U a QM ? (quality manager)
And I'm quite sure that Snake wil give a proper explanation of how things should go, here and also in-game on event time.
Chars : as every event I would think : OORP
Location Sol : Well, it has an "own taste" as a background .
And ... perhaps ... if some chars stay there, a follow up (same date or theother day) to Nomad territory ??

... the SOP are not something you "create", at least not for an event. Those already exist since events got rules
So, using your own common sense and logic, and reading the first post which explains what's needed (for now) about the event, you get this:
Participants are all fighters, to your choice (if you wanna come with a Starflier, up to you xD, but it's allowed while it's not something bigger than a fighter)
No usage of mines, from a server rule which applies to any battle or event. (THIS is what I'd call a "Standard" op procedure, same as the line above, and the 2 lines below)
All other weaponry allowed.
4 teams (5 if there are many enough people), which as in any event with teams, team leaders are chosen by the EM(s) then they pick the rest of the members.
The date and hour which are already posted.What else do you need to know ?

nice you guys worked it out For those who still didn't get it, the most fights are beeing held in Crossfire if you did notice. Always when I enter at least in X-3034 is a Fight (Between Pirats and Cops, mostly).. So I want you guys to Practice this if you accidently hit a CSF ship or ASF ship, maybe if you re even enemies with them, so that you can handle those Situations better and show some Skills! As I said, we re just testing the Prototype of this event right now, maybe after the first one some things will be added.
