Over the 3 years that I have played Crossfire, I have introduced a few friends to the game, and they have loved it.
I would love to be able to give more friends the game, however the only way I have been able is to physically give them the files on a USB.
The fact that Crossfire is a mod means that it requires Freelancer to run it, and as the games is quite old now, it's very hard to obtain Freelancer. I have looked around, and haven't been able to find a downloadable version of Freelancer. I'm not sure if there is or not, but if not, why not. I think it would be much easier to attract players if they only had to download the files, and it had Freelancer + Crossfire in one bundle. I'm not sure if I should put this in site suggestions, but if so, can somebody please move it.
