Hi guys,
I was roaming around previously and I went back voting for 1.9 as a best mod and tried it out. Well, I must say it is pretty good atm. I get stucked after mission 2 but then browsed the forum, made some Newmark, New-York runs and acquired an eagle at planet blood. Since mission 3 has been a cake-walk and future looks bright. 
Onward to Texas!

It took me a while to get used to the improved AI of Crossfire, but I found the fights a lot more entertaining. I did find the Nomads slightly easier... until I visited their home systems.
Make sure you're well equipped before taking on the later enemies. A certain gunboat destroyed my brand new VHF with its first salvo!
