I find your moderation premature and unnecessary. Perhaps I need to clarify?
The sentence was, I'll suggest to the Council that PX start arbitrarily taxing players. Since people became flexible around licences.
As PX have to be the bad guys on duty, and we can't smuggle now, I guess we need something new, something fresh!

The question here is that Cro know the consequences of invading alaska.
Hes been KoS since 25 november, he knows it and we are performing our RP.BG has no right to interfere with other clans business.
1. Cro has other pirates and his friends to help him (like his friend that he help invading alaska)
2. Cro can hire other mercs to aid him
3. If police help pirates plus interfere with other clans matter, well maybe i can start to tax using a smuggler licence in custodian.

finally, without being obnoxious, PX has historically "helped" pirates in defense , so whats wrong with the police helping a pirate? I guess we haven't learned that raping people in game just sends them packing elsewhere.

Why do ppl always bring RP into a non-RP situation.

Cro invading Alaska was no RP situation as far as i know.
The punishment he received therefore was justified. It was his decision, knowing the consequences.2.
How long do KOS last?
Until the player got killed?
Or lifetime?3.
Are ppl allowed to defend?
Are clans allowed to defend their own members?4.
Is that RP at all?
Is anything what happened covered by the RP rules?5.
If you make claims about RP (both sides did)... why do you bring this shit to my forum?
