RP what is that?

    Does anyone know what RP is for a smuggler? Cops stop our trading and then we protect our trade routes by either attacking the cops and killing them or them killing us. Or we hire mecs to protect us, that is what a smuggler suppose to do I thought? Maybe i am wrong????? So what part of RP is BLK_OPS not playing right? Police say we are out of RP and that we don't do RP? I find this extremely funny. What are we suppose to lay down and let the police ruin our trade day or we kill or be killed thought that was our choice? And the police say BLK_OPS will be no more are u serious because u don't make that call. Blk-OPS makes RP and we are sick and tired of you police whining about that we do not RP!!!!!!!!So what RP are we not doing???? I really would like to know because you are not going to get rid of BLK_OPS because you don't like what we do. BLK_OPS no more you say I think not. We will be around till the end of time and there is nothing you can do about that police officers. We are smugglers and bad guys you are police officers the good guys do i need to say more? Now that my friends is RP get over it and move on. Like BG said for every action there is a reaction and if that isn't RP then I don't know what is. If I said something to offend some police officers to dang bad because this is a game of RP so if you don't want trouble police officers from BLK_OPS then don't stop our trade routes then all will be good :thumbsup:And for attacking our clan members go ahead because we will attack back at all cost. Remember for every action there is a reaction :thumbup: I'm not going to sit by and let you police officers attack my members without me trying to do something about it that's not going to happen at all. So when this happens BLK_OPS produces role play get over it police officers. I'll say it again my rep is bad personly I don't care because i'm am a bad guy not a good guy i choice that way because that's who we are.     SInce the smugglers license is not "active" yet, you can't really do your RP.


    But basicly smugglers are nothing else than regular traders only having the opportunity, to purchase as illegal considered commmodities, when having the proper license (smugglers license) mounted. (which will be an active feature in the next release, as announced already several times)
    Anyway, trading illegal goods is considered to be an act against the law, which would have to be enforced by lawful factions, such as Player-cops or NPC-cops, or by lawful factions (cops) hired mercenaries.
    Regular you as smuggler can trade whatever you want, just remembering that not all commodities are "safe to trade" but still be fine to trade as long you dont get caught.


    You are NOT acting out of RP, when you trade legal commodities,
    You are NOT acting out of RP, when you trade as illegal declared commodities
    You are NOT acting out of RP, when you hire mercenaries to protect your transportation vessels or guarding the trade routes.
    You are NOT acting out of RP, when you place bounties on pilots who are distrupting your business, in order to "damage" your "income"

    Shockforce, I will let Spiky explain to you in detail. But here is my two cents.


    When you fire on police, whilst not smuggling, that is not rp. That is firing on police to incite combat or any other provocation however you wish to describe it. Entering into a clan system to fire on police because we are engaged with pirates, is not Smuggler rp, that is simply firing on police to incite combat with you OR to wantingly participate in acts of piracy.


    Setting police to KOS ( then getting your arse handed to you ) is not rp, that is setting someone to KOS.


    And about your "whining" comment. I don't seem to recall that taking place, so please discontinue your efforts to cause strife.
