Wait for what? Atleast last time he said on forum that he's leaving and he will come back in a few weeks. But this time, nothing. He disappeared and noone saw/heard him for a month.

Seriously though... Vishnu, Dino, Avengarde and all other active UR should have a meeting to discuss possible succession of leadership or at least decide on an interim clan leader until Grand shows back up.

There's a reason why I'm Arrow's FO (first officer). When he's out for personal reasons for any length of time, I'm put in charge. (most senior member and next highest ranking officer, aside from Forlon) Not that I really want the job, to be honest... Being a clan leader is alot of responsibility, especially one as organized and structured as the SA.

Don't forget about [UR]Psyclone, mates. He is returning from his sabbatical and I think he will have some small say in this matter.... Besides, we love Psyclone, eh? Seriously, though. If Grand isn't around to lead UR, then someone should step in to replace him before we have another, uh, incident like the last one. We don't want UR to disappear, do we? Vish, if you don't want to lead, then you could delegate the position to the next in line. I don't know who that is, but this sounds like an internal affair to me.

We dont need to decide nothing. GrandAndreasK is commisionar, Vishnu is Deputy commisionar and he's in charge now. If Vishnu is inactive too, im in charge. If im inactive too, Raziel is in charge.

Avenguarde, Behemòth, Amsterdoom are just new recruits. We can talk with Pretorian, Psyclone and Daka if they show up once in a month ( -.- )

For now, it will be like this. We didnt get our ranks for nothing.

And about Psyclone.. He's inactive for 2 month and he hold [UR]Storage and GR char. If he dont come back soon, we will take his GR position.

Dino: You just don't "take" the GR position, there is more to it than that and I suggest you contact Op on that subject.

Secondly, people here are trying to help you guys out by making suggestions to keep the clan moving ahead, instead of dying off, which usually happens when the leader is not effective or absent from the game. If any clan here offers to help UR stay alive, take the assistance.

BTW I was talking to Psyclone when he left and he said he would be gone for as much as two months but would be back.

I've been in contact with Psy. He's around, and I'll get him to come back to Crossfire. We'll see him again.
