    It's what I do, I do the events :P And also support another with some funds.... at the next time they really make it they will get a surprise.


    This sunday and Monday, the TDM events were cancelled cus at sunday only about 5 had the new CF working well, and on Monday, yesterday, there weren't enough people online( I was online all the day since 1.82 arrived, so I did was there :P )




    But it's logical....
    if your clan wants one Event Manager per clan, and you for their... then they have to support you ! :P Else PX will loose their EM soon ^^

    As far as I know, EM chars are clan independent. That's why we got a hefty start budget from OP in the first place.

    No, we got that budget because it was the beggining of 1.8 and noone had enough $ to sponsor such thing... or at least he was thinking so :D (I already had 500 M when he funded my chars, but it was very welccomed ! cus I didn't had much mroe on the trader char...)

    OP, by any chance - is there a way to close the event threads for anyone but the event manager who is doing the event? (A solution to open it for every event manager will not work).


    For example: Group Event Manager TDM, Group Event Manager Nomad Hunt and so on.

    Such things can easely be solved by the EM with posting in their threads if they want tht only them post there.... AND made anotehr thread for possible opinions or ideas on their event topic !
    If the EM scores thread simply gets closed without having a substitute for talks about that event's topic(like some wrong numbers, or why somebody had to leave, or donations, etc).


    That way noone will need to use the Event thread (neither me :P )

    I have to read all this unimportant bla bla - instead of being able to shedule the time and focus on the results i have to read ones showmanship and pointless "critics" - it´s just annoying...

    When is the next Big race and Assault, any news on this?

    I am one of Assault's em now, but I need one of the Fallen's miner for making an event, and they are on Saturday.


    Big Race was by SA Arrow as EM, but seems he didn't made any this month... or nearly.

    So, you don't know when. I can make a miner on my EM account too if needed (so we'd have options), but since Ryder and Drache have them it's not a priority - will you contact them to work the time out?

    The hour is the same, between 8 or 9 PM server time, and 22:00 forum one.


    We just have to meet before that hour, and position our miners (which can take 1 hour).



    So... yes, will contact for one on tomorow, will be announced if Ryder, or drache give it a go.

    Suggestion for event: Combine TDM and Top Gun into DM... 2 turns of 15 mins of DM all vs all the player with the best kill/death percentage wins the event... might sound unfair cause someone may stay out of fights but trust me, around 6-10 enemies that's now even near to being easy... and plus, there is a commanded area the players involved may not leave... 1 more benefit to this is that ppl won't know who won the event until the EM announces :) won't even have near guesses sometimes :)

    hi gents ! sorry for not hosting any event cause i cannot plan my time 12 hours in advance these days... i hope to be returning soon... i negociated a free weekend with my GF so i guess i'll have time there ! should be mid-november ! THe course should be the Altair Enduance race and this tiem there should be hired "intereptors" (like shocky suggested a while ago) to try to stop the racers !

    As Shock already wrote, I'm taking manage of Top Gun from now on, every tuesday available, as usual at 21:00 GMT, and Shock will manage Smuggler hunt and Big race
