Crossfire Server!

other threads have recently addressed this.

the server wasn't letting me (and many others) connect as recently as ten minutes ago.

i just retried and was able to connect without a problem.

5 or 6 people on.

give it another shot and see if it's working.

the server is running fine

maybe you should wait some time and try again before posting... it can often be only crash or reinitiation or something like that
Havent you heard of OP's server checks... he s famous for them

There server has died again it will not anyone log on. It is not a happy bunny atm.

The toolbar sais the server's working now 2 players online, one is PX with his train(which I wouldn't see if th eserver was down and he was just tring to connect.

Ah but did you try logging on? Were those players actually able to do anything? I think the answer to both questions is NO. Try logging on now. Oh just seen the server has noe gone completely.

Sorry I was responding to Michael, by the time I had type my reply OP had unpdated us. Unfortunately I submitted ny comment before I saw OPs note.

the logs showed that there has been a problem with a firewall filter
ive enabled some additional security settings

hopefully it will work now

my God, OP, you could've had 3 wives for the time u spent fixing CF server :D:D:D

Yep, it works !
The toolbar shows ... um... before that there were 8 players...(2 minutes ago) now it's 0 again

Edit: nvm it shows players again, was just a restart All hail real time applications

problem with the server remained
ive completely undone all changes ive done yesterday

lets see if its running better now
