Serverpolice removal and my thoughts about it

    First off - i am pissed... very pissed.


    However - based on his own wish Daywalker got removed from the position of the Serverpolice and meanwhile i have to say that I am glad about that.


    Nobody tells me how i should do my work, nobody tells me how i should run my server and my community. Especially not if that person is responsible for CF players leaving the server. And you Daywalker for sure can not tell me what leadership is and that I have to take care about more than one faction. I do that every single day. That is why your clan does even exist and that is why i was even willing to go through that last discussion on the SP board. It was you who wanted to limit the Police RP and it was you who was only talking about how unfair everything is for the mercs.


    Fact is that you interpreted the rules in a wrong way and whatever you tell your members... the RP rules have not been changed in any way. They are valid as written on the CF site. Nothing has changed and nothing will get changed. We have just showed you that you ignored several lines of the faction roleplay for mercs and police. I will not comment that much on the reason for that... maybe you dont understand those lines... maybe you decided to ignore them (which is more likely).
    The roleplay has been worked out by the clans... and all the clans agreed to those rules. That includes your clan. To say that we have done changes is not true... to say that they are unfair is not true.


    I have more the feeling that you want to push the server RP into a direction that leads to benefits for your clan while you deny rights for other clans. And you ignore everything I say like you did many times before.


    CF lost players because you wanted to push your set of rules. CF also lost a player because of a personal vendetta you started. During that time I tried everything to get you and wavey to solve this issue in a civilized way but i got ignored. Since that time you either argue with gunny (probably even longer) or you argue with me. Just alone the incident with the portal page showed me that you actually dont understand what I want for this community and what is actually possible. Either something gets done like you want or it doesnt get done. That is what i experiences. In that way you are very equal to gunny with the only exception that he can hide it better and that he accepts the "no" from me.


    I am sick of this shit... i am sick of these continious RP discussions where you completly ignore half of the rules. I repeat it again... the rules were not changed at all. They have been agreed by all the clans including PX.


    Matter of topic (of the initial discussion) was that Daywalker had a problem that a few members of a police clan did defend a lvl48 player that had a bounty (from a pirate player) on his head.
    Thats the big issue.
    Lets see what that police clan was allowed to do (based on the original RP rules).

    As you can see the police members didnt violate any rules and no rules have been adjusted to punish mercs. No its just a logical ruleset that I tried to explain in the past days. Obviously i failed... and all the other SPs failed aswell in this matter.


    The only reason why i took care about this issue was the extreme high tension on the server which was close from starting serverwars against PX.
    The comments I can read on the Clan boards reach from "PX is the most dishourable clan on CF" to "they hide behind their fake chars".


    Well to stick with those comments...
    to hunt down low level players with up to 3 chars at once is not really fair
    to cry after every lost fight is also not really honourable
    to disallow other factions rights is also not very fair
    when a few BG members long time ago didnt use valid chars I banned the entire clan for that... when CFPD/SFP (dunno which name was valid at that time) used chars without clear name I got them to remove those chars very fast... in case of PX every member seems to use a Knight char ... which actually is against the agreed rules... but for some reason (better dont ask) i did allow it hoping that this situation would get sorted out by PX



    I am sure that not all PX members act without honour.... i am sure that many of them used those chars just because all others used them aswell.



    This is not my personal vendetta against somebody or PX. I am sure the members are all good people.
    However - there have to be changes.
    I want to see PX as a respected CF clan again... and i am sure that this is possible.
    MY disagreements with Daywalker dont neccessarily need to have an effect on the clan or the rest of the server. PX can choose a different SP to be again represented in RP affairs.


    Every PX has to make his decision and I suggest that the other clans will stay calm until we have sorted out this issue.

    Ok...its high chance that the lvl48 player was me.
    1. I entered Nephele without permision couse i dont know that i need a permission to enter the system. OK.
    2. I got a bounty on my head. Ok.
    3. I travelled to Helios. One PX followed me...to collect bounty I think.
    4. Few lawfull (apologise for my poor knowledge about the clans...i am new here so I dont know very vell the clans atm) clan members grouped with me to protect my a** sitting in poorly armed Naginata :-D:-D:-D.
    5. There was an engagement in Helios en route to X-3034 jumpgate.
    6. After the jump to X-3034 1-2 PX members attacked our group or they were attacked by our group - lol dunno exatly. Ok i was prepared for some battle...why not.
    7. After few kills people all around started to complain, etc. hm I was only sitting in one place and reading :)...i was prepared to kill or be killed :-D but insted of a fighter battle the word battl started...so that is my point of view...btw thnx for the lawfull clans for the protection. :)

    I hope PX members don't feel bad towards the server or cops because of the last few weeks.
    Next time i see a PX i will hire him to work side by side with me, because i know they are good guys, some of which were misled or made a mistake with the rules, which can happen to any of us and they want to have fun playing on the server as we've had so many times.


    And i hope i can chase Bitzy and Zap smuggling again, and when i catch them we can go trade legally together just like we did yesterday. We've had fun and that's why we're here.

    IMO-Police force take action ,only if merc attack citizen(freelancer)or allied clan m8s for bounty, or after killing civil or allied clan target, within 2 hours from start of RP(kill).


    But i personally never had this problem cos i use my common sense and i never was taxed 2 times(from same pee-rat clan) or killed 2 times by PX within 2h, you can ask ur m8s or ppl from other clans or freelancer elders how hard i push RP.
    Only problem i experience personally, was:running from RP(F1) and some other minor things.


    I am police officer and i follow this simple rules:


    1)Arresting/Killing pirates,i pay tax in train always,(never in my fighter char) but sometime chat with them, mostly in later hours(it's up to you) =many good friends within pirate clans


    2)Mercenary Only few times i attack them to help my m8s or allied clans,but i try to help citizens when ever i was in situation to do that, we chat a lot=many good friends within PX.


    3)Smugglers carrying BMG in general "stop drop the cargo!
    "if they drop i destroy cargo, if they don't drop and try to run, i try to kill them with bloody cargo."no time limit=many good friends again in all other clans, unnamed here.


    Personally i disagree with "pay fine and go" cos for me this sucks, but i know must be some corrupt cops here and there.


    And i was SFP clan Ambassador,adviser/counselor, recruit officer, mother and father for many, in SFP forum admin/mod, Swat staff/mod(short period), and i must admit pressure got me, so no doubt to much in game/forums can be stressed.


    You can laugh on it, but this is true if you want to help and change something on forums and in game on server(in sincerity way).So this happen, i can freely say, to all of us.


    So i was advised(mostly flamed) to leave the game, forums and all for good.And i am back again.Do you know why?Because i like ppl here and this CF like in fog rules, common sense rules mostly, if you don't believe me try on other servers.
    I do not praise CF or OP or SP, this is simple fact for me.


    I have no intentions to comment how hard or complicate is one or another role (again fact, and as i remember we agree, in game chat about this or maybe we are not?or Yes?)


    So i will ask you all:


    Can we be more friendly?
    Can we forgive to each other?
    Can we lower our stupid proud a little?
    Can we help server, game and PX clan in these difficult times, instead of laughing behind the corner?


    I am so sure we can, and i believe in us/community, and that's the reason why i wrote this.

    it's most unfortunate that this situation has gotten to this point. i truly hope that the PX clan continues with their merc RP because it brings such a different flavor to the game. i look forward to flying with PX again. See you in-game.

    Yes, as it seems, some PX members understood very well with other SFP members, including me, in a big party trip to Hyperspace I finally could make, with extra permissions in Sovetskaya, and no RP allowe (not by a rule, just nicely asked recomendation) and all worked great between the PXmembers, the SFP ones, DC ones and even some freelancers... in total, about 16 ppl.... after the trip I split the prizes (DKAs) to an PX and 2 SFPs (for beingthe only arriving to Hyperspace in my group) and had a chat between clan members... all went great, there were some little issues solved, and PX members are also agree that peace and friendship worked a LOT better than hostility, conflicts and other crap.


    We should always act like it would be our last trip and fun with the other players, and play as it would be our first trip. :D
