I know that all people have differences, but some of them, who come to me and starting insults, use a knifes/guns- have a differences, right? What should YOU do in this situation? DEFEND yourself. Yeah, human stupidity just rocks, people using guns on the streets, North Korea launching balistic missles towards the Japanese part of the Pacific. Can't you guys live happily without killing eachother ?

i can see both sides of this discussion and understand what ppl are trying to say about insuluting other's. while 98% of the time im always nice to others are rarely passround insultes. I do however make an exception in DarthJ's case though. not only is he a p***k, a p***s, a w*****r and a sad b*****d.......... but he's also my best m8 in RL. So insults between us is comman lol. But insults to other ppl server-side is a line i dont belive in crossing.

As Max stated already - not all of us are living in a safe world - be happy if you can say it for you.

Nobody is ever truly safe. Not anywhere, doing anything. That's life - it's full of risks. Sure there are places that are less safe than others, but one must bear in mind that insecurity is not justification for relying on violence to solve problems. Self-defense is certainly one thing - that makes sense - but remember that responding to a person's words with violence is disproportionate and rather brutish.

Even if people are being jerks here on the server, each person still has the freedom to ignore it, go someplace else, or simply log off. If it really crosses the line, get a screenshot and take it privately to the serverpolice. Nothing is forcing verbal confrontation or drama to happen - it can only play out that way if both sides want it. Harrassment really shouldn't have a place in a game, but if it has to it may as well be channeled into the RP. Put the anger into playing an authentic role, not venting it into forum posts or into system chat.

I spent close to 20 years in the USMC, I have transited to a variety of countries for any number of reasons. I have engaged when needed and found peaceful resolution for others. But some experiences do not sit well and from that consequences can be everlasting.

When you choose to intimidate with a gun, just for the sole means trying to intimidate or subdue, eventually you will pay the ultimate sacrifice because you choose to continue down the same road.

If you allow Status Quo to guide you, then you will be nothing more than a statistic.
