For all those say that there is ppl cheating in CF server i suggest you to stop making general acusations and post names and proves of what you are saying, otherwise just shut up.

Laser and me had our problems from my 1. post here (at least i don´t know why - it must be chemical ;))

But i don´t want to see one thing, that he will go away with a thread like this.

All of you who was posting in "self defence" or something else think of your own faults first please (of course this is including myself).

Hes coming here and says whats going wrong for him, i saw many good players leaving without any explanation. And we as a a game server community lost them. If you don´t have to say anything friendly but want him to go away leave this thread.

playing with cheaters isnt good, since they ruin our fun

hell no ... just report them to SP's .. im very sure they will check the player ... either by running tests on them or any other possible way

Allways hated cheater, making ppl leave, we should make a wall of blame for these fockers...

I know since the first time i join the server. We had some fun together. We had some battles...i will really miss ya, if u left :{

the original cheat protection of 1.7 is already 1 1/2 years old by now.... it worked pretty good for 1 year (no cheaters at all during that time)

then some ppl found out some new ways to cheat... oh fine
that are security problems which can get solved with cf1.8

additionally to this the original cheat protection is not running correctly atm due to the recent problems with the update server.

well is this a problem?
not if ppl would act in the way they should... cheaters get reported and SPs investigate and in case they cant solve this issue they have to forward it to me
for a very long time (months) i have not got any cheat reports... while the previous reports were very vague (whole clans were accused of cheating)
to a big part the accusations have a valid background (unfortunatly) and it bothers me to read some of the names on a list of cheaters

am i worried?
no - those guys which decided to cheat will have a very hard life in future
after the CF1.8 release i will be back on the server and those ppl can expect being treated in the way they deserve it (and i give a damn about their clan)
additionally to this they will notice that their cheats have no effect anymore in CF1.8 and so all their incredible skills that they had in the past weeks/months will be gone. I really wonder how they will explain their loss of skill to the entire community. -> pants down

in the next few weeks i expect from every CF player to play fair... no cheats
i also expect that every possible cheat is reported to me in a detailed way
with the name of the cheater
ppl that observed the issue
the time
the kind of cheat/anomaly
and everything else that is useful to find out what really is going on

and you laser are the first one which will do such a report
after that you get your ass back on the server... you are needed there... thats an order

What a big fuzz. The only one I saw cheating yet was Skycaptain/Flash with his 6 Railgun mounted Ragnarok. Everyone else in my career on CF the past 7 months who I pvped with was flying legit ships (not ragnarok^^) and did not use cheats to improve ability or weapon accuracy. If that would have been the case I would have surely noticed it. Of course, there is no game without cheaters, but seriously: I have only seen one yet. I dont see particular groups of player cheating or anything like that. Of course I could say everyone i dont have a chance against in PVP is a cheater but that wouldnt make me any different. Those guys I have less chance in pvp is cfpd/bg as im not trained in fighting them.

Laser Im sorry to see you leaving over this. I myself have left many games because cheaters were taking the upper hand. That was games where ever 10th player was a cheater and NO solution in sight. Here you might have a ratio of 1 cheat in 50 players and a solution is absolutely in sight for 1.8.

All YOU, Laser, do here is take the server down with you. Post as many dislike preferably in font size 40 all over the forum to make sure new people stay away and old people start getting bored of this. If you want to do something about the phantom you created: Stay and wait for 1.8.
