Due to the fact that the only reason for me to play FL was my clan and the fact that im clanless now there actually is no reason for me to keep playing FL which means that you wouldnt see me online anymore once CF1.8 has been finished
actually my possibilities in playing online are limited due to my crappy i-net connection so i cant imagine a place where i could go spend a few hours playing with others
(besides playing chess or SL from time to time)
hoping that im going to have more time after the release of CF1.8 and the work on the SWAT Portal (which should mainly be done by the staff members) im going to spend more time with the work on SL: Sol War and a new FL clan
So with the release of CF1.8 a new clan will be born.
Ill announce the name of this clan when the time is right... not earlier.
This clan will rent Sol and the Order base is going to be the HQ (we have good relations to the Order and helped building and financing that station). Earth is going to be the new holiday planet and the main whisky production will be shifted there while the whisky is going to be stored (and consumed) at Mars (for military purpose).
The new clan reserves the right to close Warpgates and cut off Warp buoy connections (leaving you in the middle of nowhere).
The roleplay wont be merc, pirate, police or smuggler... it will be pure military. That means a new licence will be introduced with CF1.8 and military missions are going to be done. These missions might be to stop pirates when they tax. Stop smuggling. Hunt mercs in case of unfair collecting. Observing the Police and make sure that they dont do something wrong.
But as military its going to be our job to keep the balance on the server which means that its also possible that we are going to support pirates and smugglers, that we help mercs and police during fights...
Sol is going to be open to everyone (passing through)... if you want to smuggle you do it at your own risk, if you tax in there you do it at your own risk, if you want to collect bounty in there you do it at your own risk since it is possible that your target is protected by us, if you want to play police in there you better should ask for permission to do so.
The clan is allowed to close the system for meetings, trainging and other clan internal reasons.
(SP chars are not excluded from these regulations)
players refusing to leave the system in such cases will find themself deep in DK space.
The clan itself will consist of 7 members only, but i will make sure that those guys will get excelent training
if you think now "hey time for an alliance" then ive to tell you that this is not going to happen
since 7 years i follow the policy that a strong clan does not need any allies and that my clans only create alliances to protect other clans
(not to mention that exactly this is a reason for a clan to get strong and keep it that way)
until there is really the need to protect someone/something all clans are going to be neutral.... that means if they dont do shit to others
Due to our relation to the Order and our duty to protect Sirius from the Nomad/DK threat once a week we will call the houses of Sirius together in order to create an exploration/attack fleet which is going deep into DK space in order to reach and pass the DK hypergate.
