Cruise engine upgrades for light fighter and medium fighter (hopefully to bring back a recon class fighter :D )

Mammoth and Sharov frieghtors (or are they just gonna be for RB?)

    Base assualt missions:
The bases should have a 2000% increase in armor, requiring a wingman in a Hades to help.

The "CLIENT" side of the mod is distributed, not the server files.

    hmm, damn :(

was a nice idea...least that proposed Arena area can still be used for the other two events while the CF Flagball is under revision :D

Red Rover: Old childrens game where your team forms a line holding hands while they call someone over. If the person breaks free then they can take one person from that team, and if they dont then they get stuck on that team. The race ring would be the "breaking through" point while players positioned themselves (no holding hands ;) ) around the ring area to shoot down and kill the player, "the not breaking through point". Only one person can go and the team can only bid them good luck as they wait. However you cannot cruise through.

King of the Base Assualt Hill: Speaks for itself. Once a team breaks through the outer rim of a area the defending team has a set amount of time to wipe out the attacking forces as many times possible to gain a score; ie: CSF wipes ASF out of the area for 7 seconds before time is up so they gain a point. Teams take turns attacking and defending in that set amount of time. During that battle, landing on the enemy planet is not permitted.

    So far:

It was a traffic accident in a car
    It is in the US
He was suicidal, and this was a suicide
    He was married
The suicide was cause of a family loss
The suicide was cause of him doing something bad
    His wife cheated on him
    He murdered family members
    He caught his wife cheating
    He killed his wife
He murdered the wife away from where he commited suicide
The wife was the only family member he murdered
The affiar was the only reason he killed her
He killed the wife before hitting the tree
The car was used as a weapon
Killing the wife was the only crime he commited
He changed his will before the accident
He killed hsi wife and himself in the same state
The husbanded owned the car he killed his wife in
The suicide took places only minutes after her death
The man's job was connected to the death
The man was afraid of something
    He was famous
He came home from work when he saw his wife cheating on him
He killed her with a gun (I know, I know, seems weird but it doesnt matter to the story...)
He caught her in the house cheating
He knew she was cheating on him
He went home from work early to catch her
He was only famous in his town/state
    He was middle class
It was the only time his wife cheated on him
    He was an atheist
He was famous cause of his job
He killed himself cause he was afraid of jail
    His job was more corprate

Is it possible to create an item that can be something such as loot that can change the faction tag or name on your player name to something else?

I was wondering since I got an idea about a Crossfire event while watching football and we could do if it was possible, if not it'll be a really hard one to comprehend.

The event is going to be something like soccer cept with guns. :D

This item would be needed in the event to show who is the "ball carrier" and act as a ball. So, lets say Darkstalker picked up the loot, instantly the "Navy" faction name on his player name would change to *BALLKEEPER*.

Also if this is possible in Freelancer we should make a new place in the arena to house the field that could also serve as an arena for two other events I'm thinking of. Two planets, one race ring about 3k from the docking ring, and a short one way trade lane to the other planet with the same specs. Can prolly be built 30k from Issos.

Hopefully these will help tell the stories of CF and her occupants for 1.6. Here are the first sets, right now I'm concentrating on the clan systems, past and present.

    Casius-
    Core Station:
After the Chaos Exoddus War this station was taken over and turned into a armor plating smelting plant. This station is not particularly any interest, just another key station of Crossfire ecomonics.

    Planet Rodez:
The liberation of Rodez was not an easy one, the Alliance lost many good men on this planet at the hands of the Chaos. Dubbed the Planet of Treason because of it's previous occupants, it is now the sight of major re-terraforming efforts to uncover natural resources lost during the atomic bombing of the Arrion Fortress. The debris field in orbit is the sight of the bloodiest, and last, space battle between the Bloodguard and Chaos fleets, the Battle of Serenity. Here lies the forgotten souls of the lost during that battle. The field now sits quietly as Junkers continually transport scrap metal to Core Station to be re-smelted.

    Regalis-
    Jade Outpost:
The primary home of the Ice Pirate Order. These outlaws were more diplomatic, reckless kids flying around the galaxy. The IP Order fell to corruption after their first leader disappeared in a shuttle accident on Lima. This faction is only known for the uprising of the now lawful pilot, Baldwin. This station serves as a hub and home for many of the smugglers operating in Crossfire space.

    Planet Lima:
Known for its lush jungles and populated coastal towns, this was the planet that the IP spent down time on shore leave. The diamond run that the IP used to run has been depleted and the planet nearly ignored. Lima has mostly been abandoned from all travel since the fall of the IP, except the occasional tourist boat that makes it past the Outcasts.

    Vespus-
    Proxima Station:
Nothing much to say about this station except it serves as a early warning station for all PiA activity and an expiremental weapons labratory. Carved out of a huge chunk of ice that was once part of a frozen mass that supported life during the Dom Kavash era, it houses about 300 military and science personel.

    Planet (forgot):
Home of the Psychos in Action (PiA). This planet is no more then a green, living rock in space. (PiA can add their story here.)

    Custodian-
    Neutro Station:
Home of the Blood Guard Academy. Here our new recruits live, sleep, and eat in the barracks of Neutro. Basic training is conducted here where the BG trainers will guide you through basic fight and combat manuevers; when you are done you will graduate and recieve advanced tactical combat training. This outpost is right outside the jumpgate hub so it is constantly under attack. Use your training or die. Should you require more training dont hesitate to ask our brilliant instructers.

    Planet Baso:
Planet of the Blood Guard's red squadron. This planet is currently being terraformed into a tropical urban setting that will rival even Planet Cortez. Its leadership is set under the Alliance military heriarchy, however the leader of the BG's red squadron is presented with a baronship of the land.

    Planet Granu:
Home of the BG's yellow squadron. This is part two of the BG trade route in Custodian where you take your whiskey and take light arms back to Planet Blood. The planet's terrain is a cliff-side community with old cardamine fields. Its leadership is set under the Alliance military heriarchy, however the leader of the BG's yellow squadron is presented with a earlship of the land.

    Planet Monoc:
The hangars for the blue squadron of the Blood Guard were built here on Monoc. Obviously a water planet that has plenty of sub-terrian and underwater communities. Its leadership is set under the Alliance military heriarchy, however the leader of the BG's blue squadron is presented with a dukeship of the land.

    Planet Blood:
Home of the three leading members of the Blood Guard evildragon wing, and the start of the BG trade run. Take whiskey to Granu and follow instructions there. Only the most deicated Blood Guard members get to enter the halls of the Blood Alliance Palace. Its leadership is set under the Alliance military heriarchy, however the leaders of the BG are presented with a shared imperial seat of the land and of the faction.

i dunno, i land, then go to the planet info on the info icon and the nav map and it only gives me that "built her to protect colonies" data...

    1. Coaly ships werent going to be put in 1.5, thats next version.

    2. Still, this version was to reintroduce the Coalition in Sirius. The Sirius houses ARE the Alliance, so we already have Alliance bases.

    3. The access to Sol and Altair are fine the way they are.

Well I thought that since we are delivering all these escape pods of pirates to Crossfire they need somewhere to go :D

The info cards for the bases connected to X-3440...all they have is "built here to protect new colonies" .....boooooooring....plus they dont show the info of the base after you land there. I'll make up new data for you :)

And also can you fix the ASF CSF reputations? I still go red with even lawful factions if I attack CSF.

    **suggestions**

the Kyoto base model as a BG prison in Custodian
the Strike Carrier as a CSF carrier
tougher Coalition (they seemed to be harder during the 1.5 betas than today's version)
    New info cards*
clan based NPC factions cruising around clansystems

*if you want I could create new stories for the info cards

I'm already underway Gunny, got the X-3440 system ships at 87%...only need to log down three more systems then it's off to the other systems such as Sea of Shadows.

Normal Freelancer databases we can gather from Lancers....they damn near got it to the grain.
