Server Police Gunny needs to be banned.

There are three things I'd just like to fly over with you quickly. First off, Custodian is the clansystem of the BG and tresspassing is punishible by KOS (kill-on-sight) status by that clan and anyone who wishes to help them. Secondly, until we hear from both sides and see what evidence there is, this is just hearsay from you against the senior member of the Server Police. It would be naive of you to think that we're going to punish him if all you've got a screen of is him threatening to hunt you down and calling Americans cowards (Gunny, you realize that you live in Georgia, right? ...or am I mistaken? :D). None of us reading this right now know what happened. For all we know you were using the speed mod and ought to be banned yourself. Lastly though, don't expect mercy nor fair play on the part of the Server Police if you're going to shout and/or disrespect them you as you've obviously done (your own screen shows it).

This happens rather often it seems with new people, but if you are polite and courteous to the players you'll generally be treated in such a way yourself. Read the server rules carefully and note which systems are owned by clans. Violation of server rules will result in a ban and violating clans' rules regarding tresspassing can lead to long manhunts and unpleasant chats such as the one you encountered as you flew through Custodian. If you want through the system just ask the owners for permission. Why make a big scene about it when all you have to do is take a moment or two to receive clearance? Anyway, keep in mind that I haven't any ill will towards you, it just seems that this is a personal conflict that ought to be corrected in private with email or PMs rather than plastered all over the forums for all to see and comment on.

What this guy fails to tell you is:

He violated Custodian multiple times
He had another char camped in tarsus
Continued to enter custodian to antagonize.
And in fact, if you ask the other BG present, he was moving entirely too fast.

made a 12k run to the X gate faster then I could in a trade lane....BG_Death Scythe as a witness.

Claims to have been out of FL for over a year, and starts yesterday and already has maxed out characters.

Says his current chars are "advanced scouts"

Dropping you into DK? nice one. Need to try it.

We also had encounters with several cheats tonight, players using beam weps in starflyers to kill BG Death and Rhonetaz and although I killed one of the players doing this, "wedge" was always in the area. (not accusing, but quite odd)

Rhonetaz maxed out shroud was being killed at dock by Molly's the moment he undocked in Custodian multiple times...all while this guy was online.

A mosquito disruptor will stop you head on...and you did not fire a CM.......scans work great.

Edit: I find it interesting you only targeted BG and CFPD space for your adventures.

I remember there being a lot of activity in Tarsus and Custodian earlier, I'm glad my Soulforge was clear out in Sol though where there were no Mollys to pwn me. xD The DK were there because of Dynamic Universe so I don't really see what there is to get excited about. Glad to hear that you're hunting down the cheaters though Gunny; we enjoy a gaming environment in which they have minimal impact on gameplay. The Server Police, especially you, are very efficient and swift. I suppose the only other thing I can say is that I hope you nailed the right guy. [w00t]

I killed one of the interlopers tonight in Bering. Name started with an L. He had a speed mod and weps were very strong. At first he told me he was in a starter ship and thats why it was so fast. When I raised the issue of very strong weps he said " to complain to the admin". Nothing to complain about ace, you died and ran when challenged again.

I will witness atleast one with mods. I didnt see the others before they logged off.

If you guys want to fight then do it fair. Cheating suks.

He has been in this char for 1.5 days. He claims IOC gave him 22 million and level 10 guns.

He tells me, it was IOC, he tell IOC Burro it was not an IOC.

Tarsus is not connected to Vega in any way.

u know since uv been around to so many servers and such than u know without a doubt what clans systems are and that u have to ask and there were BG on so 1 rule broke second after dk killed u ,,, u regened at a planet
when i came back in to cust to give chase i went straight to new york gate and yet u beat me there... if u say that no mod then fine but it seems an very big oddity that you repeatedly came into cust and outran an sp which without mod is inpossible by the way

so i guess if ur not cheating good for u m8 i salute u but beware if u r we will know very quickly....

1. there are ppl who hold to this community regardless to what happens on forums!!!! who are u threatrning with leaving the server?

2. if an SP says that there is something wrong, then i trust his judgement as should we all especially if it is gunny - i dont see anything childish in defending onself verbally.

Wedge, sitaution is very clear:

1. you called a player "dumbass" in system chat and automatic with that you get warning. after second insult you WILL get banned for 24h.

2. dont tell about the others, cuz you dont know us

3. dont accuse Gunny for cheating and beeing the bigest "asshole" SP ever: he is one of our BEST SP's cuz he really DOES what Sp MUST DO: he is here to make order, and he makes it really fine

4. dont argue with players and dont even try to argue with SP's

5. there are 2 choices now:
a)apologize first to Gunny and try to speak with him and others SP's about the situation that happened and if they were in wrong (which isnt so possible), you can continue playing here happily
b) solution is: keep acting like a coward accusing others for everything and nothing, and you wont survive 1h on the server (mostly youll get KOS)

one thing gunny, whats custodian got to do with you? no offence, but canoso doesnt do a shit with his SP stuff when someone invades Daed. What im saying is that it is a bit of fun and is an RP booster!

BG assists CFPD with Tarsus and vice versa, when requested.

I truly do not care about the names, but we do our best to keep the name abusive calling to a minimum and we enforce this unilaterally and so do many players . But an unusually fast ship catches my eye.

We found it odd that this new player was intentionally camping in Custodian and Tarsus and constantly switching chars to antagonize.

Considering all that happened last night and some of it quite serious (not involving wedge atm), I reacted appropriately in my RP char and my SP char.

If people don't want me as SP, I will gladly resign. However, then I will start taking care of business the old fashioned way.
