Recently downloaded this mod and started playing.
Almost immediately we were banned for no reason.
Server police threatening and following us, CFPD told by SP that we were to be destroyed then dock raped us.
How can we start or continue without a fair crack of the whip?
You were banned for being insulting on system chat towards an SP.
Of course you will be watched we have seen your actions ingame and here on forums before.
We will not tolerate any crude comments on system chat ,or any insults at/ ignoring Server Police
ps I did not threaten , I promised, that any move you made wrong would lead to a ban
Indeed, last time i (we) played was many months ago and left to persue other projects. We came back because we liked the peeps and the game only to find that we were chased across the systems and murdered by cfpd for no other reason than our names.
DO YOU WANT NEW PLAYERS OR PLAYERS TO RETURN?
The contempt that my wingman and myself were shown was very poor . I would like an apology from all involved and a written invitaion to enjoy the server again with a scratch record.
Otherwise myself and the 6 other friends will be choosing another server and mod!

i banned you for good reason, wether you agree/like those reasons are no concern of mine. i do my duty as an SP on this server, and if you guys cant/wont respect that then its not my problem. you are offensive, lewd and crude in system chat and that is not acceptable in my view. if you view that as homophobia, then again, that is your point of view. fortunately for yourselves you ran into me as SP, others arent as forgiving. apart from that i admit i repeatedly killed you in my RP char, as GAY clan are set to KoS with UAC, lol, tough! i explained what you were saying on system chat was offensive, you disagreed, not that it matters because in my view it WAS offensive. you repeatedly argued this with me and you did insult me intentionally. YOU ARE BANNED BY ME.
your clan have allways acted in the same way, and from my experience, allways will. you will allways be KoS with UAC, from an RP point of view. so just accept it.

- no offensive player names
- strickt following of the rules
- no insults or swearing

Oh and you start a thread just to complain that I shot you because of your names? This is ridiculous. I know who the GAY clan is, and what they have done, that is the reason for which I attacked you. And I had orders from Doppleganger to do so.
And of course we want new players, but when players return, we expect them to have grown and matured enough not to start a conflict. Thats what you did and thats the reason you got banned.
I will say no more.
Fair comments guys especially Gunny. We are back and have changed and would like fair treatment. Please see our departure for all those months as a sort of penal correction. As such it would be inappropriate to still lambast us as the scum criminals you hold us as.
We have done our time for our crimes, let bygones be just that and let our small clan flourish with an abundance of like minded new members.
It should also be noted by those on high that the GAY clan may be investing in a share of this great mod. Will keep you all informed should the clan move towards that end.
Gunny knows our clan well and knows that we are not malicious merely just naughty rough diamonds out to help the small guy.
I welcome and encourage constructive feedback.

I wasn't here when this incident went down, neither almost all of my clanmates. But still, your history prooved that you need 24h observation.
