    Its so people don't abuse the traderoutes, 1, and 2, because it is clanspace and they don't want lots of traffic in their home system.

    About Custodian... What problem is there going into Custodian where there is like 5 BG and you have no idea who the person to get permission from is... I thought, go in, ask in system chat, if no permission leave.
