Events

Even tho i am not SP i volunteer to host the Nomad Gunhunt event and the Twilight Serial Killer event.

both events i enjoy and have donated to in the past.

i would like to be considered if there are no objections

can we make it an official event? due to the multi timezoning of a lot of players they cant be present for the official events. was proving to be getting quite popular.

OP - Twilight Serial Killer is an un-official Free For All, that I've been running....(though it was originally started by Red_Katipo).

It does seem to be pretty popular with people as well, but I'm not particularly fussed whether or not you choose to recognise it as an "Official Event" or not....

The event has been timed so those running on PST can actually take part in something - and have a bit of fun while doing it

OP, I am willing to run some events until we find responsible event managers again.
As I can see LP-Saxon and Doppleganger are willing to be event managers.
We cant stop the event, that is something the ppl's like and is good for the server.
I was doing something new in the events. I was giving 3 millions, for just playing in the event to any ppl under lvl 40, and was very successfully attracting new ppls.

I will take responsibility for one event, as long as I can do it during my prime online hours (0400-0800 GMT). I simply cannot be available @ 2000hrs GMT (unless I am to become unemployed) on weekdays. Think of it as the "Early-Bird" event; many players in the US, South America and Caribbean will be able to make this 0400-0800 time slot (but maybe not hard-partying Germans o_O). You assign the event, and the day of the week, and I will make it So! [w00t]

Realistically. the server should have events staggered from all the others by 4 or 6 hours, to allow more players to have access to them...

i can offer to to conduct an event or two any night, except satureday and sunday, on a permanent basis.

RGHawk talked to me. He asked he wants to talk with Petrus, and it sounded that the Assault Event could be running again...

Hello guys, I installed the new version of CF and worked fine with me. if there is not any trouble I would like to take the lead on the Assault event again. I hope Petrus want to join me too. I still have my account intact and all chars are working fine, even the Event_Team2.

well i did offer to do smuggler hunt on a permanent basis. but nobody has given me anything to use as the prize money despite gunny announcing on the server that i would run this event in future. so should i be using my own money to run this event with? i was also told i would need a event manager char and i would get a special ship for the purpose. or do you not want me to run this event?

plz let me know OP what you want me to do. I play this daily, so really its no problem for me to commit myself 1 night a week for this event. i could possibly even do 2 events although that wouldnt be quite as easy for me.

I wont be offended if your not going to let me run it for some reason or other, just would be good to know where i stand, without just going ahead without anything official or any help with the funding.

And Ghosts Twighlight Serial Killer event is great, he runs it very well, i was lucky enough to be off work and enter this event, and it was very well organised would be good to see this as a recognised event for those people on the other side of the planet

You need to make a Char: Saxon[SmugglersEvent]

I need to know what date you are going to do this and we need to keep to it. I will support you in every area and Canoso will too.

As for the Assault, I would love to see RG running this event again. BTW, I did not know he was still alive..

I stopped playing but Im always around Anyway, I will contact Petrus to start the event again if there is not trouble to anyone for me running the event again...

ok now that my schedule isnt so crazy anymore, i will try my best to host the Top Gun event after i finnish school, this is about 4:00 pm my time (i think thats about 10:00 PM GMT) i cannot host it earlier as i wouldnt have enough time during lunch and i would have other problems too.
