Can someone play this level for me?? I just cannot win. I have changed ships, done everything I know. Easy to do in the old version but not crossfire.

Hello travelmercy , try look this:
... this race is not about ship, but about proper flying. And one small trick: there is one place, near the end of racing ring, where is needed slow down. For this I advice use reverse thrust: press and keep pressed chosen key (this will pause cruise engines) and once is key released it will quickly reengage cruise engines. As result you will be faster and Hovis will lose race.

Thanks so much! My mouse is crappy...too sensitive so it is hard to control the ships movements. Need to fix that before I get further in this game.
How do you have DPI set on your mouse? .. try set it lower, 400-800 should be perfectly ok for playing freelancer.
