Just a quick info.
I was able to reproduce the problem that prevented some players with the latest windows 10 version to launch the game.
As it looks Microsoft redesigned a part of their Dx12 runtimes when they implemented the DXR Raytracing API which now fails to call certain functions that were available before. Result is a crash in the kernelbase.dll.
Eventhough I have located the problem I have no final fix for it yet.
But I have implemented a workaround into the vanillaFL shader that you can access on the launcher options.
That should at least allow you to run the game.
Ill see if i can find a true fix to the problem as soon as possible.
