    We are a multigaming clan of 2 years dedicated to recreational and competitive online gaming. Our community consists Of over 300 members spanning 25 online games with a wide variety of genres including first person shooters, role
    Playing games and massively multiplayer online role-playing games.


    The =GK= specializes in Military and Sci Fi games and possess many servers hosted by multiplay.co.uk. These include the
    following:

    Each of the games listed above possesses a highly structured division of gamers dedicated to that game. And many are involved in
    Ladders such as TWL, GWL, Clanbase and the highly acclaimed Enemy Down ladder.


    Furthermore, the =GK= has a forever expanding Sci-fi branch. These include many highly established guilds in massively
    Multiplayer online role playing games. Which include the following-

    We also possess sci-fi 3rd and 1st person shooter divisions including Star Wars Battlefront 2 and unreal tournament. And also

    Okay now that the formal stuff is over I can get to what we do online lol :D


    Many of you have seen us online and we are primarily traders with a couple of escorts thrown in, but they haven't as yet got Crossfire due to problems downloading it. Many of you know =GK=Supercars so if there are any problems he is your first point of contact as he is on more than any of us.


    So yea basically we are a trader clan.


    But can I ask can we do smuggling runs as well? Plus there is no trader license so what covers for it?


    In addition we will soon be making a system purchase. But which one I have no clue as yet.


    Also we are looking to recruit promising Freelancers to add to the clan. Anyone is accepted as long as :
    .They are 15 and above
    .Willing to post regularly on the clan forums

    @ Avalon101, Yes traders can smuggle. Watch out for Police clans as their role includes stopping smuggling. If =GK= needs any help call on IOC, we have similar rp. We are a freelancer clan.

    Regarding purchasing a system: you can either rent a system attached to X-3043 or a strategic system for trading.


    Suggestions:


    X-3043 attached systems:
    - Alaska -> controls the last free entrance to X-3043. Three other entrances (Custodian, Tohoku and Nephele) are already controlled. Freeport 7 does not have a base or planet to dock on (and is filled with nomad patrols). The only other entrance not discussed is:
    - Omicron alpha (one small problem regarding omicron alpha: DK gunboats roam the system, so weaker chars get killed very easily)
    Some other systems attached to X-3043 are interested as well, mainly because of the fighters you can buy at a base. However, many clans before you already made their choice. Still available systems are:
    - Vespus
    - Telosis
    - Helios


    The other systems attached to X-3043 are not that interested to control. Nomads lair, Dyson sphere's and omicron minor do not have a dockable station, Enyo and Enigma both have just one station with no interesting fighters, so you can't trade in your own system.
    I am not sure about the content of Sekar, if it contains more than 1 base you can add it to the list above.


    Other systems that might be interested (especially with the RP role you describe) are:
    - Sol
    - Dublin
    When you control one of either of them you control a big trading-highway (NY - Sol), so you can expect a lot of attention from all the other factions on the server: traders with protection, pirates trying to lay an ambush, pilots on their way to the Altair systems.
    New London is also an interesting system in Crossfire. Not only because it is also a part of the trading-highway, but it has also an entrance to the X-3043 system (you need to cross 3 systems for that, including Nephele). But since you have a jumphole to Leeds in Dublin, you could end up with a system where only new players might show up.


    The system Frankfurt is also interesting: it connects to Quantos, through with you can reach X-3043 by crossing Freeport 7 (also you could drop in Purian Lake, Fallen's home system). Frankfurt is interesting since it holds a few valuable upgrades, and it is close to another traderoute (NY - NB).

    Sry m8, but you are wrong... there IS another base in Enyo. But i`m not sure about Enigma...


    The only real system, attached to X-3403 and with no interest, is Wheel of Sirius... There are maybe many dockable places, but there are only ships from Vanilla FL buyable & there is not a good traderoute (at least i haven`t discovered one yet...)

    Assumption is the mother of all fuckups.

    Honestly, I don't think Dublin should be sold, like any other non-crossfire system. I have no problem with Hyperion or Sol being bought. I think the only buyable systems should be the crossfire ones. On the map OP posted some time ago, you can see exactly which ones are the CF ones.


    And to GK, best of luck. And as far as the smuggling goes: We, Shadow Lancers [SL], also offer escorts. We do about anything as long as there is a client, so this ofcourse also includes escorts or hunts on policemen who caught you smuggling and you want revenge ^^
