Here are my terms...

Take vote with only people that swear to have witnessed the war (nothing to do with the "2nd" chance, i still dont get what happened then, op, i understand what you have said about it, but the things you have from then were written from the war, totally seperate from the '2nd' chance).

If those who witnessed in final are in favor of our staying, then i request that people like DS (who specifically i liked...until now, now im just concerned, but w/e), Let things go, move on, give it a 2nd chance, a REAL one, the '2nd' chance you all acclaim i do not get to this day and that was a few months ago.

If those who witnessed in final are against our staying, then we will leave, with requested reimbursement of the 75% of the one month rental, as its only been claimed 2 weeks, one of which the server was down.

These are my terms, i do not plan to return to space until i see an OFFICIAL statement, i expect this within 3 days. i will be watching for this no later than 08:00-GMT on the 5th.

do not be hypocritical about this. It would be compromising to the very idea of a "community". You wish to be a community people want to be a part of, then show it... Take a revote like so, and if in favor of us staying, JUST FORGIVE and we will all be content and through with this mess that got waaay out of hand (got to be something i knew not, something i did not want [referring to "destroying the server"], something i could no longer control or reverse without Jibs willingness to do the same, he brought me and Blur down with him, we got tied into something we no longer had control of reputation, he did)

For now I even not have seen the apologize of MW to the comunity.

and I must say that we shouldn't ask this only here in swat portal but in LR to.

1. this 2nd chance you wasted ... that has been decided by the community after seeing the screenshots which were not old... i always make sure that the date is visible when i take screenshots

2. the community did vote about a ban... and decided against the ban.... that decision is final... no new vote

3. even BGs and DCs that were at the war voted for MW (mainly because they now that if MW does such a shit a 3rd time then wont just fall on their nose... we will break their neck then)
oh and even if im totally against n0x and NW i also voted for "dont ban them"

4. even if MW was not banned i cant tell ppl not to shoot them down.... i have no influence on that... and i can understand it

5. no LR has nothing to do with that... LR will stay neutral

I didn't mean that LR should be envolved in the issue.

what I want is that the MW apoligize in front all to the swat portal comunity,

I only suggest that they make the same in LR for that all freelancer comunity understand what had happened here, so one day nobody can tell that we banned them without give them a chance.

i could do that. I guess i just want to see people show humanity. I suppose that is too much to ask in this world anymore anyway, i dont know what got into me that made me think people could respect people despite their past... Hrmph... ive got a friend just found out he molested a child, and am i about to do anything less that respect his humanity and hope that he is changed? Exactly, he will likely go to prision, and i will be visiting him, no doubt, he needs people, not hate.

DarkStalker, you seem to have the greatest hold on grudging us. Please reconsider, i would be happy to 'get to know' you and vise-versa in hopes that you will see my intentions for what they are, and not what you think they are based on our pasts. Im sure you have done things too, this is 'just a game' as so many say, but it has become a matter of true and real life. Let us deal with it responsibly and not in an immature manner, i will not let you be sorry, I promise!

DS has a right to feel and act the way he does. CFPD will remain out of this, until time arrives that we must act.
