Why are Lieutenant rank pods more expensive than Majors?

because ranks in scifi are handled different than in us military... also other countries have different ranks and orders of those ranks

Me 2 I looove to blow anything up that explodes with a big BOOM. Starting from paper bags up to self-made TNT sticks ending with... well, i have to study electrics & nuclear physics 1st to make a nuke (Yes, i made once a TNT stick... Kids... don`t try this @ home.
