    w00t, the score was like 15to13 CSF i think

    Baldwin.....in an earlier bost I pointed out that in writing a fictional account of the taking of ASF territory, artistic and plain old propiganda would round out the factual reports. No reporter of the ASF or CSF would report that "We have today inslaved thousands of citizens and and subjigated them under our new rule."


    No we would word it something like "The people of this small planet were freed from their yoke of tirrany today by the winning forces....etc"



    It we stick to just the facts then it would be..."ASF won or CSF won...period."


    This is why I agreed to do write ups, incouraged by you, because I thought I would be reading your comments in opposite. not just giving one, slanted, fictional account of a battle myself.


    You outdistence me 5 to 1 on literary writing. And I'll probably never be your match there. But I thought I would give it a shot. Encouraged by your skills with the pen. And this is why for the most part I have chosen to hold off doing any write ups. That and the fact I haven't been able to make many of the battles lately.


    You've bested me with the pen and the gun and I admire you for it....perhaps one day I'll be as good.

    the prob with the roleplay stories is the following


    the idea was that both sides write their stories after every battle to give ppl a better understanding of what happened and to encourage ppl to start fighting for their side


    but those "comments" are not planned... i mean this "oh thats wrong.. that did not happen.... "
    this is roleplay and each side has to tell their story and there is no wrong or write it in... its just a different point of view


    well after CF1.6 is finished ill put some work on ASF and CSF
    new adminrights will be given to the pages so you can use it to plan attacks and other tactics
    the mainpages of the ASF and CSF page will be used for those roleplay stories after each fight (no comments will be done there) and the result (pure result) will be posted to the forum with a link to the news entry
    the ASF/CSF system overview (the script) will also be used and can be updated by the ASF/CSF leaders

    Ok you want a sci-fi report from CSF member about last fight in NB? Here one :D



    In deep darkness in the middle of the night on 4-5th of March BG_Wavey (ASF commanding officer) decided to try something different, and called his best available pilots to disscuss the plan of the attack over New Berlin. Those unusual actions of ASF commanding officer started rumours that reached CSF ears verry fast. They had to act fast and prepare for the fight. CSF commanding officer LP_Canoso and CSF leader PiA_Darkstalker were already woke up and trying to prepare the pilots and transport them to Dortmund station, where ASF was expected to hit by comming from Hamburg.
    The pilot of survived npc train passed over the battle field around dortmund station said "... the battle of titans ...". And that was not far from the truth - both ASF and CSF used some of their best pilots. ASF leaded by wavey was also flying with arvedui, marcbomber and kido. On CSF side were pilots of all over the wide csf alliance ahead with darkstalker and followed by lanky, strogguniverse and me myself. However both side were missing alot of their best pilots but there were no way back once when rumors were started all over sirius.
    The heavy fight took about 40min. Both sides were keeping the score equal nearly all the time. However at the end CSF managed to gain small lead in the points and reached 15 to 12 for ASF. Both sides fought brave with honor.

    ...The CSF attacked the New Berlin System tonight coming up against daunting odds. Led my LP Canoso and seconded by PiA's Jtak the group threw itself against the ASF (BG) and their forces.


    Battleships met battleships in a kill fest that looked at first glance to be moving in favour of the CSF forces. But then with the destruction of the CSF Battleship, the tide seemed to turn. One by one the valient CSF forces were picked off with the help of the ASF battlewagon. Many attempts were made to destroy this behemouth but they failed.


    Soon it was apparent that the ASF would retain their control over the New Berlin System. All CSF forces finally were forced to regroup in the Frankfurt System where rumours of the ASF following on to Frankfurt flew around.


    This last not materializing, as both ASF and CSF were left to tend their wounded and their dead.
