Login With 2 Differents PCS

    I have a Question. I Like to play Freelancer Crossfire with my dad together, but this is not possible.
    When he is logged in, and i try to log in Following Misstake: "Im Sorry but a Connection could not be Established to that server. this is usually caused by a server goging offline when you attemted to connect to it. It may also be caused by internet problems. Please Try Again.


    We live together in 1 House, maybe this is the problem? Same Ip?

    Well I live in a household of around five who play Freelancer Crossfire,including me ;) With two computers that run Crossfire, and beginning to get CF on a laptop :) I would wonder if a reinstallation would work, or maybe a better modem?? There should be no problem playing Crossfire on two cpmuters, as long as it isn't you on both of them I gather, as it is hogging Server Slots. But like OP says it should not be a problem at all

    I think the reason is not, to reinstall the game, because sometimes it works, sometimes no.

    If He log in: No Problem. if i try to log in also problem.


    If i log in first: No Problem, if he try also to log in Problem. It is depens who log in first.

    Hi there Rainer91. Some people seem to have been having some login problems lately. Just wait for a while and keep watching the forum. OP has already checked the server because of a bugtracker report. Might be a global connection issue for some people. Best advice I can give is wait a bit and see if you get an answer. I know with Dredd and I if one of us is already on it takes 2 or 3 attempts for the other to connect.

    there is no global connection problem and there is also nothing wrong with the server
    there are just people with damaged installations of the mod
