Trying to set up another Computer did all the requirements, I even formatted the whole computer but error still comes up as "This application has failed to start because MSVCR100.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem" After we have downloaded so many times and re-installed it so many times. Any help please?

You need to install Visual C++ from Visual C++ - Search Microsoft.com
To my knowledge you need versions 2005, 2008 and 2010 X86

All these redistributional packages which are required come along with the installer. You just need to be sure to download the latest installer we have released as well as executing this as administrator (run as administrator from context menu might not be sufficient for this!)

Now I have a new Error, Instead of going MSVCP100.dll, it goes to MSVCR100.dll. We have tried every possible way to get it to run, inculding wiping the whole OS out, Downloading the C++ thingimajig, and running Ccleaner continually
But it just won't budge. The OS is Windows XP home edition btw, in case its too "Old" or something like that -
