Jumping to Pittsburg

    First I haven't played on 1.9 in months, seriously due to RL I've maybe been on twice for about 10 minutes since I don't know when and that was a while ago, so I don't believe its a roll back issue.


    Regardless of which profile or char I access when I attempt to jump to another system I get kicked to Pittsburg, I was told it was an old license issue so I got a new one as well as new equipment and a new ship, but it keeps happening. I don't want to reinstall Freelancer Crossfire again since I did that three times getting my SP issues fixed.


    Is there something I'm missing here before I totally revamp all twenty of my chars and literally start all over again, and for those who have seen the AV issue I have nothing in my quarantine, and all my Freelancer EXE's have rights to the Network in my AV. ?(

    You mention CF 1.9. Did you mean 2.0? 1.9 is no longer supported for MP. And there are no updates for SP either.

    It is possible join server with 1.9? I hope not.


    old license is for sure not a reason to be moved to Pittsburgh. Reason to be moved there could be for sure missing file(s).


    Please create new char on new account and try. If still kicked, issue is your mod installation ... some AVs may still be problem even if quarantine is emty.


    If new chars works, try with old undock, jettison all goods and then dock and try again.

    If the char is "IOC Bank & Trust" it was me who told him to drop the old stuff. Had the same "Undock-Pittsburgh-thrown-back" - issue almost everybody had some days ago, Back to Pittsburg , Porting to Pittburgh
    but could - by retrying - managed to undock and go to Manhatten to buy a new license.

    Teleported to Pittsburg is either bugged installation or edited files.
    If you compare your Freelancer install folder with Mod folder Freelancer 2 - Crossfire using WinMerge i will have a look at it. Please upload htm report.

    Thanks I'll try the Winmerg, and I wasn't saying I got on the server with 1.9 - I'm saying I Haven't been on since 1.9 and months ago at that, in references to the 6 week Roll Back Post I saw on this forum around November 5th or so.

    Question Winmerg looks a lot like Beyond Compare which I already have and know how to use, so my question is should the two folders be identical the Freelancer on and the FLMM = C:\Freelancer (working copy of CF 2.0) with C:\FlMM\mods\Freelancer 2 - Crossfire (Original CF 2.0 Mod)
