Since there is no "Ticket System" yet (obvious to me at least ) I put that here in "public".
Encountered a somewhat annoying behavior of a DN (Inquisitor) regarding Trade Line docking by autopilot.
Somehow the autopilots "aiming" is "offset" as might be seen here
[xattach=4668][/xattach] and here [xattach=4669][/xattach]
and then the Trade Line doesn't "initiate".
It happens also even if I'm "properly" aligned from about 5-6 k away (like "targeting" the Trade Line from the one before,
where I got stuck.) This happens also on the Sol s as well as on the Coalition Trade lines
[xattach=4670][/xattach]
even though to a lesser extend there.
Curiosly it happens to a much lesser extend when fyling in Cockpit view
[xattach=4671][/xattach]
WITH autopilot engaded.
(If I got stuck in this mode, then mostly not in flying autopilot, so then error of my helmsman in proper aliging and in time
initiation of Trade Line sequence )
This disalignment NEVER happens with Jump Gates or Jump Holes.(Only when "hit" by some incompetent civilian or other npc )
Perhaps due to "offset" of dockpoints on the ships model
Do different Trade Lines use different dockpoints
Do Jump Gates use different dockpoints
(Haven't tested it on other DN or BS due to "financial reasons" . ... YET )
