Anyone know what's going on? I've seen it crash before but it's usually back up quick

Still down maybe donations were getting too hefty if all the employees can just take off mid week to get wasted, over a sports event? Just saying. Maybe it's different here, but we work regardless of who kicked what ball, who's birthday it is, etc. We get Christmas and federally recognized holidays off, that's it. If my family's company ever had employees tell us they took off mid week to party over who kicked what ball, they'd be in the unemployment line. I didn't realize it was so profitable they could just shut down mid week, drink, and watch tv. Maybe my family should get out of the weapons industry lol. I would switch providers too; I don't find it to be overreacting, to want to conduct business with a company who is actually open and capable of delivering the service they are entrusted with as part of their job description. What's next? A call and we find they can't do it because the employees are too busy shooting up heroin or smoking crack? I just don't find "partying," a convicting reason to miss work ever, regardless if it entails substance abuse or not. Have to admit, doesn't compel anyone to donate

Our family certainly wouldn't be in business if we found marching the streets more important than fulfilling our military contracts globally. I see that and it is impressive, but I don't think he deserves employment if he finds that, caused by people kicking balls in grass, more important than his job. I have work too, sometimes I'd rather go out and have a beer or do something, but I'm an adult and have a job. If he were my employee and told me he thought that was more important than work I'd fire him without hesitation. Idk I will vote with my dollar though. Looks like he makes enough money I suppose.... We supply every military (the state department approves) and find the need to serve our customers. Like I said I'd vote with my dollar. I mean at the least he could go back after 12+hrs of neglecting his responsibility and try to get something done, but Never mind that, it speaks to his work ethic on an individual level, and on a macro level it speaks volumes about what the company sub contracted to run the servers thinks of its customers by essentially answering the phone and saying to eff off because they are intoxicated. Expect it to impact crossfire donations others may feel the same way and not realize that it's a subcontractor, not swat. Still on some level they willingly choose to conduct business with such an establishment so others may still feel swat as a corporation agrees that is acceptable and professional........ Being said I understand acts of god, emergencies, power failures, extreme planetary weather, but partying in the streets is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I also understand it isn't your server they just provide the service space, I'm simply saying perhaps u should conduct the business with a more professional and competent establishment who employs adults and is accountable for actions of its employees because it looks bad when server is down for long periods of time on swats behalf. Our contractors we hold to a standard, same as us to make us successful and reputable. At our business if someone doesn't show up, a, they are fired, and b, the owners come in and do it to please and retain our customers. I doubt the right person high enough will read this thread but hey, customers voicing realistic concerns about someone u hired to provide a service.

In my country we have a term for people who'd rather party than work:homeless. Just saying, what happened to professionalism? We party here too, but we usually perform our job duties first and have this thing called "after work." I'm not saying it's not great for Germany, but Jesus Christ, perform your job still. There are billions of people starving around the world who would love an opportunity to have employment and actually do their job duties regardless of who kicked a ball on the site of millions of demolished favelas and sites of death of those who formed human chain around said bulldozers to protect their homes. Look it up ,videos quite disturbing, made rounds on social media, widely shared by human rights organizations like Anonymous. In the age of information, where the entirety of human knowledge is in the palm of your hand, ignorance is a choice. From strictly a business perspective, I believe if you accept money and promise a service, you should still be accountable for delivering on that promise. I think time and money could be better spent by say looking for a provider who will be reliable, and actually deliver the service swat has paid for via donations which are generated by users on said active service, while inactive it costs them. And staying in partnership with such a company tells those users who support you that you feel telling them to get fucked you're acting like a homeless person drinking in the street, is not only ok but standard practice. I couldn't imagine picking up the phone, and telling one of the militaries we supply, "hey I know you're in a war and people are dying left and right, and we have a contract, but yea we are drinking celebrating a sporting event on television that happened going on 30 hrs ago, but we can't be bothered to go into work and deliver that shipment." We'd be bankrupt, our customers would go elsewhere and buy from our competitors. When we have staffing problems, we get up, I've even done it at 1am, go in and take care of it ourselves. Your sub contractor is horrible. Need a new one who will have someone, idc who, get it done as it affects your ability to generate revenue.
