Help with Coalition Mission in Crossfire Story

  • So I've been playing through the Crossfire campaign and so far it's been pretty epic, however in the mission where you go to the first Coalition system I destroy all of the enemy ships but for some reason the rest do not show up, it just keeps saying "Coalition ships approaching" but they never show up, tried reloading the save but still it won't work, am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?


    Any help would be well received.

  • In that case, you have to receive some damage, or to at least take your shield down to trigger the next part, when reinforcements come.


    Did you edit difficulty to be in "godmode" or such ?

  • To drop your shield, you also can jettison some cargo :)

  • There's another mission in Coalition (these guys always makes it complicated... ) where it's possible that it doesn't trigger the next part.


    When the it says to go to the Dom Kavash Hypergate and wait for escort, if playing normally the escort never comes, go slower at thruster speed or moving around near the gate, without entering the gate's range (you will know when you got too close, the gate shoots at you.)

    SP is good way how to prepare yourself for MP only if you do not play with difficulty (levering). There are also more mission triggers which needs for activation your ship damage ...


    Everyone can play SP how he want, but if his game will crash, or mission fail etc. due player changes in game files, then he will need face consequences for this.

  • Ajay: And I remember you had your issues with SP, but I was saying about this mission, not the whole storyline. If somebody needs to use cheats just to do the "training course", up to them, there is no godmode for Multi Player though. So don't get used to being safe :D

    Direct opposite. I am used that I still need nanos and bats in SP.
