help needed:
QuoteAs no one has yet volunteered to write the next part of the FtF fanfic, I'll write it. Again, anyone who wants to contribute to it, can. Just let me know. At this stage, however, it seems that I'm on my own in FtF. I would still like to have a community-fic, though. Maybe FtF isn't meant to be it. So I have a different proposition:
I want someone to write a short paragraph and post it in the fanfic section. It can be about anything. It should not be a complete story; just one paragraph. Then the next person writes a short paragraph, in response to the previous paragraph, continuing the story-in-the-making. If enough people contribute in this manner, we should have a very interesting story in a short time.
Is there anyone who will volunteer for this? I will gladly contribute to such a thread. But I want someone else to start it. Just make sure to label it as a community fic so that others can know that their contributions are welcome.
I'll look forward to seeing if anyone will actually do this. In the meantime, I'll work on FtF but it will take some time for me to finish the next part. -
You can tell him that I can spare a few hours this weekend trying to come up with a bit of the story. If he likes it , I can write more. I can't start now due to my math exam in 2 days.

Excellent! I would definately like that. Now is Crysis's exam this week? Tell him/her I say good luck with the exam. Btw I'm a woman. Just to be clear, is Crysis going to do the one paragraph story or contribute to FtF? Many thanks, Swat and Crysis

Oh, sorry for the misunderstanding(her). And thanks a lot though , I will need it tomorrow.
Anyway, I can write as much as she wants , no worries.

I can start with this somewhere in the middle of July , before that , I can't due to my exams as I am still in a session. If she's really in a hurry , then sorry , but I can't start while I am still in a session.

Ah what the hell it will give me a break from writing my novels, poems and other short forms of literature.
Here is just a quick piece I've put together, a background and short piece for one of the encounters in the Flight To Freedom fan fiction.Conservator
(Pariah Guild Light Heavy Fighter Ship)
"Conservator this is stallion one you are clear for launch in one mike."
"Roger stallion one, beginning system checks."
"Thirty seconds to ETL (estimated time to launch) confirm final engine ignition check."
"I have all green across the board stallion one, preparing to engage primary thrusters."
"Ignition warm up in ten seconds."
"Roger that Conservator, keep your eye on the ball."
"Ten seconds to ETL."
"Priming primary cruise engines.""Ten, nine, eight...three, two, one."
Bellowed the mouth of the station ringing into the pilots ears.
"Conservator you're go for launch, god speed."
"Roger that stallion one we will back in ten weeks."Conservator roared into life, the engines irrupting into pure thrust lifting the ship with ease.
Blowing the mechanic bot on deck in the path of the discarded titanium from past ships that once landed at this pristine base in the Koduran system, the habitable gas giant home of the famous pariah's.
Known for there flawless techniques used in battle, clinging to brute strength in there wake. -
Alright, you can tell her that I took all of my exams and I'm free now. She can contact me whenever she wants , but I don't like chatting about something like that in a forum (no offense) , so you can tell her that we can discuss that either in e-mail or IM , whatever to me. (Contact info - privately)
Sorry about the " Messanger " thing OP , but I stopped registering in more forums for a while, so I hope you understand.

I've read the story and wanted to thank the author, but, when trying to register, I was told that my nickname and e-mail were already in use.
Then I searched the member list and found myself there, registered on the same day as on SWAT... But when I try to login, it rejects my SWAT password.
Anyway, thank you for posting that link, I truly enjoyed reading and remembering FL cutscenes along the way... The beginning is very solid, with just some more details it would fit into a seriuos, full-scale FL-based novel!
My poor English is not enough to help with writing further chapters - when reading, I often had to peep into the dictionary - but I'll try to read them all as they get posted. Many thanks once more, and good inspiration to all "paper freelancers"!
