    hi guys putting this here coz not sure where to put it


    ive a player evilnikolas to post hes problem here ( i hope he does )
    he says he cant see the 13th armored sign in vega
    has any one else had this problem ..
    i can see it .
    and i know others can
    but yesterday had a problem with a player saying there is no sign and i thought he was blagging
    but to day as well ... can a few of check and post here if you can see it

    If that's true. that would mean that/those players got no update /by the launcher) for weeks... WTF ?


    Or maybe having those files on "Read only".

    So I have permission to enter Vega to verify sign display? Been quite a while since I was there, and there was no 13th Armored then...

    aw, don't be so strict, after they help you out by checking your banner, you could let them visit arround :)

    A couple of months back, my dual-core computer blew up. I had to put together a "Frankenstien" with spare parts and crappy on-board video. I had to play Crossfire with *ALL* video settings on lowest amount [all sliders to the far left]. There were a lot of things I couldn't see: backgrounds, dust, etc, which wasn't a big deal. But one of the other things I couldn't see was the RP "diamonds" above player's ships. They simply didn't show up. Also, quite a few other cosmetic things were not showing up either. My friend and neighbour, Roger_Wilco, plays on an old Dell P3 laptop [with the same lowest settings] and he has the same problem.


    I'l go in and check with my new quad-core machine [video settings on full max] and I'll also get Roger to go in [video settings on full minimum] and see if it's a case of crappy video.


    Update: both Roger and I can see the sign but when I first entered, I couldn't see it due to the placement of the sign. It is above most of the spawn spots where you come into the system. Had to look way up to see it. Also, Roger now reports he can see the RP diamonds above player ships. Looks like all is good!
