Containers can be traded like goods, atm the dynamic universe is off so there's only 1 container route
Take Berylium containers from New Tokyo and sell them on New Berlin...it's a nice profit 
The containers don't have/give any additional cargo space to the train.
The only purpose is the "look" of the train when such containers are mounted to it.
Default cargo space of a soulforge train is 2.500 units with or without containers.
I only want update that containers have big impact on ship movement. Expect heavy inertia 
The containers are also part of the cargo even if they use no space. It's an item you can mount, so no exception for the inertia system.
Trains just can dock with mooring fixtures. That is that stuff that is mostly situated above the ring fixtures (entry point to planets). But Trains can also dock with stations - not all but a few. Its just selecting the base and press dock. You will soon enough find out if you are able to dock or not.
