when I was in London I was staying at a friends place and we had really spicy indian food the day before... Needless to say this is how I looked on the toilet the next morning. Oh and her poor housemate who had to go on the toilet right after me...

Thats common practise. Just raise the surface tension and voila your ass keeps dry. Except you eat spicy indian foot like spiky did. Then you should care about the paper does not burn before the poo-poo hits the water surface
