second place 6 million,
third place 2 million.
It is important to determine where the picture was taken (sistem) + re-capture (only place--not ships or other events) + publish on forum.

Are edited images ok ? ( I mean, like adding the system's name/place within the image).
Or those snapshots using ways where your ship is not seen, and the no hud tool that comes with your install(so everyone has it) ?

its a snapshot of an incoming comet (the rocks with the white tail, which fly all over the universe) towards my ship (Nighthawk)

So, if your ship has to be visible, is hiding it behind an asteroid or light like the pic above allowed ?
You put the requirements 
well its not "hiding" you can still see the ship.. partly
besides he would "love" to see the ship.. its not a requirement, isnt it?
also it was a very tricky snapshot, how often do you get such a thing like 50-100m infront of you and got the timing to hit the "Screen-button"^^
Everything is allowed except for cheating with fotoshop or similar programs.

the consequence of your choice at that "quest" could be this: The RP type of the job you found and complished will decide the RP type you will be considered by others(humans and NPCs). Clan members have the choice.. limited

There is no "you have to wait for others" since no one is going to announce "I am in in that one" . People just read, go for it (or not) and post the result.
If people are not active on the forum, they dont get the chance. Its that simple
