  • freelancer 2011 is just a simple setting of the enb shader
however it looks terrible and causes eye cancer
Crossfire has by default more realistic settings

Don't discuss with idiots. They only drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience there.

  • Well, i suppose i just forgot how do original freelancer graphics look like
I thought it was much more beauty )

    Here what i found:

oversaturated shaders cause screen to shake
    bump + motion losses textures

color correction and all of above advanced shaders make skybox in bad appearance (like my screenshot)
In bars many characters without textures, sometimes its even make all screen in black

when i started original single player i went to bar and found out that there is no NPC to start campaing script. Maybe is possible to start CF scenario right after single player button?

UI was much better in original freelancer. In Cf when iam opening a map i see nebulas like blur spots and systems maps are same (black and badly readable with blur clouds instead of nebulas). That (System | |PX| Clan) is much more better.

And one more, right now iam sitting far from monitor with cf and it looks much more pretty at 3 meter distance than one :)

  • not all shader options work for every graphic card
the default one should be the most compatible... the others might cause problem or they might work for you -> that highly depends on your hardware

when you started original single player then you should see FP7 destruction and everything that follows it in normal SP... nothing was changed on the original Storyline

  • ehrm no offence dude but are you blind?

how do the graphics of the left picture look more 'beautiful' than those of the right picture?

looks like a badly painted painting to me

  • :snoob:
still dunno how people can have a ragnarock even in SP
    :sclosed:

About graphics, i take the chance of the CF 1,9 release and format my PC with all the latest drivers.
So far no problem at all.

  • Problem solved. After some reboots skybox become normal. (shader - Activated, textures - High)
One more thing, in freelancer resolution settings first appeared 1024*768 next reboot it become 1024*768*16 and than 1024*768*32 become avaliable.
By default game sets resolution to 800*600 (*16 i suppose) so check this setting in freelancer too.

Now i see all the graphics mod me provide. It's incredible, good work!

  • If you have a pretty powerful graphic card(for a good fps rate) you can increase the resolution to the max of your monitor, normally the freelancer itself allows to go to a higher resolution that 1024x768, but in the case it doesn't, you can use the searcher and "resolution" and you may find one of the threads saying how to do it manually and also make it look cool.
