just started crossfire today, 60 kills in 7 hours...not bad. Now I've got to get a little over 200,000 more dollars to get to level 3. YEA!!!

He is proud of what he did manage so far. And since he is a new guy on it and probably never played that before, hell its ok
To laugh about people who are proudly presenting their archievements is not really a nice way to welcome new players on the server. But ok, your call.
Just remember, even you have had started as unexperienced-poor-not hitting anything-easy to kill-being proud of your first npc-kills-being happy about the first money you have earned yourself - guy
No one who plays that game has started as uber-hero right away.
OK, some people have a hang on that kind of game so their way to go up is a bit easier than others.But still no reason to welcome a guy in that way.
