Errrr WAT? All I saw was you destroying them Gunny, unprovoked I might add! Care to explain that? (aside from all the crazy nonsensical BS that went on with Shockforce at planet Holstein tonight... film at 11... his banning, not much later afterwards, SPORTS IS NEXT! *facepalm* )

I highly doubt these rather outrageous accusations Gunny as TWC and ARROW were only there to assist me and "The Dragons" Patrolman and Parder to permanently "decommission [BLK-OPS]Obliterate's Osiris battleship". This nutjob was earlier destroying or trying to destroy -=TD=-(The Dragons) transports and myself, might I add, out of proper role-play(no pirate tag, didn't even tax, just destroyed whoever came near him) and him being rather verbally abusive. I noticed some Freelancers in the area during this incident but if any of them were smuggling, no any SA personnel had any prior knowledge of them smuggling, of which we long ceased such activities due to other clan agreements and treaties.

As far as any excuse trying to defend said player, I can only surmise they thought you were attacking them without provocation and therefore came to this Freelancer's rescue, again without prior knowledge of said player actually smuggling if this is the case. Regardless, this whole matter with you and Shockforce/[BLK-OPS]Obliterate is being turned over to [GR]s Faaby and if necessary, [GR] Michael for full investigation and to be resolved.

I received no warning whatsoever, which i find absurd as i was unaware i was actually carrying cardimine,must have picked it up from a fight in the last system unknowingly. we were discussing shock and what he was doing ,i was also having an arguement with gunny over Shadow RP then next minute i get "3,2,1" in rapid succession out of nowhere RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CONVOSATION.then i get killed,no time to destroy the cargo i didnt know i had.

Its things like this that make me want to leave,

Once again you are jumping to conclusions GUNNY and you need to calm the hell down. The only matter so far that is officially getting turned over to GRs is with Shockforce/[BLK-OPS]Obliterate, this incident with you is at Arrow's discretion.

Bottom line, you accusing my clanmates of working in cahoots with smugglers does not set well with me or my clanmates of whom you are accusing, as we have already put an end to that BS with smuggling in general in the not so distant past. The only thing we transport now is legal goods, period, due to previous allied clan agreements.

Painting us as such without reviewing all the evidence of the situation smacks of deceit on your part the way I see it.

Personally as a side note, I don't recall any such system-wide message from you to Inflkt about his cargo, of which I do think is necessary if you're intending to blow him up with others in the system right there watching you, who are fellow allied cops no less. If we are supposed to be busting smugglers as allies, I think it's imperative you notify US as well before you go to guns a-blazing.

Again, I believe Michael and Arrow will have something to say about any alliance or treaty violations between us, as last I understand HE is current CFPD Chief of Police.

(we kept trying to convince him to take off while taking screenshot of his insults back at us, besides that we were talking about ORION's RL friend he was speaking on the phone...)

You started complaining that Inflkt had not [Shadow] tag on his Plz_DONATE _NZ_quake char and you started counting down and shooting at him. i said "leave him alone" cause the dude was having a rough time with the quake of new zealand affecting his area and he just wanted to chat with old pals and have fun for a few hours.... I opened fire on your ship cause i thought you were trying to teach him an out-of-RP lesson for not being tagged (i never saw the police arrest for him doing smuggling) and since i believed it was out of RP i wanted to teach you also a lesson for not leaving him having some easy time in return... (kind of "leave him alone, his girlfriend dumped him and he needs some air" moment)

I admit to have not played RP at that moment but in no way a SA in-character fired on a CFPD in-character at that moment man... it was just late night tired player shooting on another one to break the boredom created by Obliterate. In my mind, Hosltein's orbit was an arena yesterday night.... Please don't make a RP story out of it...

I admitted my fault publicly, please retract your position towards SA for this regrettable behaviour of mine... You know i respect you m8 and i don't want this stupid incident to break what we've built over the last year between CFPD and SA...

Plus it seems this benefits only one person : Obliterate, which must be having the time of his life laughing at what happened because he started all the situation himself (putting you on-edge with his usual Gunny-bashing, making us bored to the limit of dropping RP, etc...). We cannot let him win by affecting our RP relations on top of that don't you think ?

If you had explicitly TOLD us that Inflkt was carrying around Cardamine (therefore justifying your assault on him) before hand, then maybe, just maybe, I'd be a little forgiving of your sob story. Instead, you decided to start throwing your weight around and attack him for what I assumed was because he carried a non-clan tag. Hell, I even told him he couldn't do that...but in the situation Inflkt was in, after nearly fucking dying in real life, I'm gonna give him the benefit of the doubt over a corrupt cop any day of the week.

Even though I only opened fire because I acted in defense of Arrow, I will NOT apologize for my actions. Period.

This is going to be a bit inflammatory of me Admiral, but if you think that Gunny is just going to chalk this up as a simple misunderstanding and forget about this whole situation entirely, you're crazy. I've been around Gunny enough to know that once his mind is made up, there's no changing it.
