The Silver Arrows Command wishes to inform that the Knights of Mercy's offer has been turned down. The Silver Arrows will not agree to pay a fee to the Mercenary clan in exchange of the rights to trade Station Blueprints and protection for doing so like it was proposed during the Alaska Summit. Without having guarantees that this money would not later be used to fulfill contracts for criminal clients, the SAC couldn't accept this kind of offer. Instead the Silver Arrows decided to initiate a change in its stance regarding sentitive commodity trading in general.
First, the Silver Arrows Command will restrict its trading to free-rights commercial commodities or sensitive items under its current monopoly, excluding from now on the Station Blueprints to prevent an open armed conflict with |PX|. Gradually, the Silver Arrows will reduce transportation of all restricted items (BMGs) and focus more on monitoring items from its own monopoly and rely on their Police allies to ensure other commodities are not smuggled around by unsafe hands.
Second, the Silver Arrows will be exploring innovative ways to finance its activities that will not be deemed as "illegal" or "unsafe". These ways won't be revealed yet but the plans are already in preparation. The Silver Arrows really wish to prove to the entire Sirius Community they can be entirely trusted to earn money fairly and legally.
Finally the Silver Arrows wishes to announce that they restrict from today the trade of alien Energy Crystals. Recent studies proved that these crystal could be used in powerful tools and these must not fall into the wrong hands. Also, like any other commodity under the SA Monopoly, all our allies will have free access to that commodity in exchange of helping us defend our monopoly.
