or is it your internet or computer?
try putting the setting to mid way
cause if you have a low end computer the awesome-ness of CF will make your computer get the blue screen of death
or you could just turn on compatibility mode
or the server is over loaded(unlikely) or you are running 2 freelancer at the same time..........
Cause the only time when to server is laggy is when its going to crash..... or if your capped -
Actually, yes there are moments when 1 player gets a bit of lag, or more, but for few seconds then it works ok.... not sure but it'd mainly be cus the lag reduction kit is not finished to work
But the server stands great.

Can you give a ~ date of release for the kit? I'm not being nosy, I just wanna know cuz I've got a s**tload of college stuff to do, so I know when I could expect the server to start running normally

It starts running great the first hours after a crash
So there could actually be tactical restarts of the server to keep it fine xD
