    what has the hull to do with shaking?
    and i already explained that i will not change the shields at all

    1. i can not introduce new equipment for battleships (FL does not have seperated hardpoint classes for them and creating new ones is impossible aswell as using other ones without destroying the complete balance of the game)
    2. thrusters will not be introduced for battleships for the following reasons (1. it is unrealistic; 2. none of the standard thrusters is able to move a battleship; 3. i dont have hardpoint classes to create special BS thrusters)
    3. CMs are possible (standard ones) but due to the size of the ship i doubt that they will be very effective at all... the slow moving of battleships and the detonation damage of missiles/torps also plays a big role
    4. the shaking is result of the mass of the battleships, the mass is result of preventing that those large ships spin and/or act like fighters
    fix = not possible since any fix would make the battleships either spin like hell or move like fighters with the same agility
    the current settings are the best possible ones and are result of many years of balancing

  • Well, imagine a kind of 4 thrusters at the edges of teh cap ships (at least new ones where you anyways place all hardpoints)... they'd go in 5 seconds tho... but usseful a bit.

    OP this is too much shaking believe me...must be the way, and for sure u can find it out ;)

    thx OP for detailed explanation, then pls put this CM in the next realize (or even now ;)), cos speed of 550 is a great improvement for exploring, but when NPC disrupt u in the middle of the land of no return, u have not chance to survive.
