good card with Coalition

Hi
What do I need to do to so when the characters in Coalition bars ask for my card its good enough to get a mission?
Cos Im on my third visit to the Coalition systems and there are never any missions anywhere,which makes
the game pretty boring.Any ideas?

You could have 2 ways, the first I'm not sure if you get more cards but you can try kill Coalition to make them fully hostile(not neutral) then take the card again

OR you can kill Coalition Rogues(coal pirates) if it improves the rep with Coalition.
