And many couldn't afford even paying the system entrance fee before ! -
Freelancers have always ruled the galaxy, always will rule the galaxy. Let me ask you...what clan were you in when you first joined Crossfire server? I bet you were a freelancer. Almost all started as freelancer. Some of us still are.

Too bad freelancers never rule nothing... most of them know near to nothing of RP, responsabilityes,... or teamwork. The good freelancers get fastly recruited
The rest... keep on the search for a home... somewhere to feel like in home... safe... with friends and comrades... even some seearched it for so long they deny they want one ! But deep within them they know you can't live withotu friendship

freelancers dont pay for the server
Paying give the clans a home ! Not everyone in the clan pays for it... Take for example TANGO and his crappy argentinan currency... to help the clan pay 20 euros for 1 month rent, he would need to give almost his entire weekly pay... But ppl living in countries where currency is stronger (europe, US, Canada) can afford it easily...
In the SA ppl give a little every time or help by payign a full month once in a while.... No one is forced to do anything but ppl understand the efforts made by the clan and its dedicated leader and help him maintain a clan system. And on top of all, like OP said, it keeps Crossfire ALIVE by paying for the server.
So Rex, if you dont want to contribute in a clan, you can still do your part as a freelancer to help the entire community. Click on the Donation link in the top menu and send few coins to OP every once in a while...... OP is not earning any centime for making this mod... he gives a lot of his time for us so the least we can do is pay for the hosting of the portal and the game server !

It would be a lot easier to fill out the PayPal donation screen if I could read German...but, alas, I cannot. I've attempted to donate several times but there appears to be an error [not sure what the error is as I cannot read it].

And freelancers also have to obey the rules... they can't do anything as we always have an eye on you, and the server reports everything you do

Of course, freelancers have to obey server rules....everyone does. But as a freelancer, I don't follow CFPD rules or PX rules or SA rules [unless I'm in your home system]. And you can't make me.

Had nothing to see with RP... he did some duels in normal training... then jsut kept firing at me once he undocks, so I jsut stood in space and fired well, as he don't slide, I didn't miss much
It was a good practice for him to learn avoiding guns.
