Well you guys wanted ASF/CSF licenses ? i asked OP for a little help to get them at Styx

Although, i didn'T asked for GrandAndreas to be sent there... probably one of the *risks* OP told me about a manual change of station....

@GrandAndreasK : If you can m8, take a bunch of both licenses and bring them to a safe place. We'll distribute soon but we need to organise the factions first.

its ok to begin chars m8s but do not engage on the CSF right away, we'll try to bring all this up with some structure. otherwise it'll fail even before it started ! We don't even have faction leaders set up yet so be patient !
