will i have to download the CF 1.81 mod or will launcher of the 1.8 mod update it to 1.81 automatically

oh man, that's a pain
You can download it here... there are over 1000 fixed files, so it worths the pain for multiplayer as it's not crashing anymore.
But if you're a singleplayer gamer, you don't need the 1.81, as the change is mostly for multiplayer

I thought so, cus it would cost you a lot playing multiplayer
so, no need to download 1.81 and spend 30 $ But wel, you could soon change to normal internet, download 1.81, and play with all of us on the server

Hi. Remember me? Rex Nebular. You guys help me out earlier in another thread. Why did no one say: "Wait Rex, 1.81 coming out in a few days you will just have to uninstall everything and reinstall again." Dang.
*uninstalls everything again, cleans out folders again, starts download of 1.81*

i clearly would suggest that even those which only play the SP get the newest version due to 2 important reasons
1. 1.81 is more stable and has less bugs
2. 1.8 (the old one) is not supported by the launcher anymore -> you will get incompatible data
