!00% CPU Auslastung bei CF

    manchmal starte ich CF (ganz normal über launcher alles ob)
    und dann fängt mein comp zum rödeln an, das hört man^^


    der sys explorer ( gutes prog zum nachgucken )
    meldet mir dann 100% CPU auslastung bei FL. EXE
    wenn ich nit schnell genug ausschalte friert es fest
    auch passiert es,wenn ich abwarte das server crasht !?
    (kann zufall sein, ka)
    wenn ich aber FL ausschalte LÄUFT dieses prog nach!!!
    d.H. wenn ich launcher ZU schnell neu starte gibt es den E5 fehler (klaro dann läuft das ding quasi 2 mal gleichzeitig)


    der fehler kommt nur bei XP bei Vista np bzw. ob mom !!!


    ich habe leider hier mom nur meinen alten lap mit xp,
    so das ich nit gescheit nachgucken kann ob das bei vista oder win 7 auch so ist!
    wäre nett wenn eine rückmeldung kommt von denen die diese OS nutzen


    die E5 fehler meldung kommt öfter wie ich im forum gelesen habe


    schaut bitte mal nach ob da FL auch "nachläuft"

    If, what's being asked here, it's about why sometims the FL.EXE goes to 100 % CPU use, and when you close it by the game, it won't close, and if you try re-launch the game, with the launcher, ti says Error 5 [E5] then, yes. It happens. The reason is some bug, that's making a bucle for the CPU, and that bucle won't let you play. I've seen it on other mods, but not on Freelancer(as Iremember). So it's a bug that comes from modded items... not sure which, or why.

    Habe ein bissl im SP herumgespielt und alles läuft ok unter xp, schau mal in Deine Treiber muss nicht FL sein. Hast Du noch genug Plattenplatz frei (grosse Mods sind etwas anspruchsvoller als die Kleinen)?

    so massiv hab ich bisher keine probs feststellen können (hab es auf 4 verschiedenen pcs getestet, darunter auch ein notebook)


    ich werd morgen (also heute) mal schnell ein paar tests machen

    Bei einem Notebook/Laptop kommt es auch auf die Grafikkarte an. Notebooks (auch aktuelle) nutzen oft den langsamen Hauptspeicher des Gerätes als Grafikspeicher mit.


    Ich spiele zur Zeit auf einer etwas älteren Maschine Athlon 2,8k 512 MB Ram 128 MB Nvidia Ti4200 Win XP Prof., Pobleme gibt es "nur" in den Nebeln und wenn viele NPCs (FL Story) in einen Kampf verwickelt waren. Dabei ist mir der PC auch bis zum kurzfristigen Stillstand in die Knie gegangen.


    Verhindern kannst Du das wohl nur wenn Du die Grafikkarte entlastest, von wegen 16 Bit und andere Einstelungen runter.

    Dann ist OP gefragt von wegen Graka Modus, ich an Deiner Stelle würde einfach den Kompatibilitätsmodus mal versuchen.

    nach einem servercrash schloß ich freelancer ganz normal
    über den button "exit the world of Crossfire"
    dieses bild enstand 2 minuten danach :(


    wie man an der task leiste unschwer erkennen kann
    ist freelancer eigentlich geschlossen
    im hintergrund lief nur der system explorer und mein screenshooter
    sogar der AV Guard war aus
    den prozess musste ich dann per hand über den task manager töten sonst lief er jetzt noch^^


    alles sehr seltsam

    auf dem screenie kann ich leider nix lesen - zu klein

    nun seh ich was aber kann doch nicht viel dazu sagen:


    Freelancer hat - auch Vanilla - manchmal den Drang sein Ende zu ignorieren und läuft einfach weiter...
