Cant play in any other system?

    OK so I can log in with one of my character's who is now in arena, but if i try to go to another system, my cf crashes.


    I try to log in with my other characters whom is in 3 other systems and not in arena but then my cf also crashes.


    I was actually amazed I got my CF to work again but now the question, must I again resintall my cf from scratch to be able to play in other systems or shall I wait for 1.8 to release?

    P.S.S. yes my 3d sound was disabled

    any Savegames in the Savegame Directory?


    If yes just copy them somewhere else and delete the original Directory. Take care of your User Key mapping aswell ;)

    Did you restart the game from the launcher? because after every server crash or restart you have to restart the game from the launcher so it can download the new updates^^

    Oddly enough, I was kicked for a cheat after I managed to tractor in an NPC powerplant after killing a Xeno in Texas. So I switched chars a few times and the kick happened again. I just restarted the launcher and everything was fine.

    Reinstall. I had the same problem.

    OK i cant enter space at all lol - so im going to try a complete re-install.


    Question out of curiosity - will 1.8 also have similar problems where several re-installs is needed? -_-"


    Sounds harsh to ask that but its really getting annoying to try and get this to work.


    Edit - Update: A simple complete re-install did the trick. a file must've gotten corrupt or something leading to the re-install. Cyall in space ^_^

    thats not really a CF problem its a problem with your chars which seem to be damaged
